Get Your Game On Tourney: Round Three and results

 
The third round was quite interesting, this round I faced a Black Templar player, and though he played valiantly the game was just not in his favor. This round was my most hated type, Dawn Of War…. however with him playing a normal, non-deep strike army, it made turn 1 the most boring turn ever. After I moved on, I missed my one chance to get a spotlight on his Land Raider so nothing really shot, and he as well failed to reach me with his razorback and dreadnought. As my turn came around I was able to take out both his rhino and razorback, and immobilized his Land Raider. After his Champion and attached squad failed their morale check and ran off the board, the defeat was imminent even though long in coming. However with how the objectives for scenario were, we tied in those, only my winning in more than 185 victory points gave me the win.

Let the dice drop and heritic heads roll....

So we are just about to start the first round of the tournament, three of us made the trip from Dark Future Games and we are all excited to play.

Fast 1 – 3x Scout Sentinels
Fast 2 – 2x Scout Sentinels w/autocannons
Heavy 1 – Leman Russ Vanquisher w/ Lascannon front, HK missile, Pask
Heavy 2 – Leman Russ Executionator, plasma Cannon side sponsons, lascannon front
Heavy 3 – Leman Russ Battle Tank x2, side sponson heavy bolters

I will try to update after every round, and I hope I do well. Wish me and all the other guys luck at least putting on a good show.

I am confident in the list as it is well tested and proven to be a contender time and time again.

1850 Adepticon Primer at GYGO

Hey all, for those of you in the local area (and those that want to drive a ways) the guys over at mi40k.com are running a tournament at Get Your Game On in Ann Arbor, Michigan for a primer to the big ol' tourny at Adepticon.

Quite a few of us DFG people will be on hand including myself, Vogrin, OST, and CVinton. So if you would like to play, or just stop in and meet us we will be there!

Irregular IG Team Tourny list.... need some feedback

Ok folks, lately I have been a bit busy with a new job to be posting, but this coming Saturday I am participating in a team tournament that is in the style of DFG's End of Times tourny, however we only get to pick from Elite and Troop slots.

I will be teaming with GT from MI40k, and he is planning on bringing some pain with the Dark Eldar, and as you all know... I run guard... and pretty much only guard. So here are my three 1000 point list ideas..
