Tutorial: Speed Painting Daemons for Quality Part 1
TJ here with a tutorial that is geared toward not just Speedpainting Daemons (or anything else really fleshy), but speedpainting for quality. A lot of people see speedpainting and immediately just think "Crap" but it doesn't have to be that way. Recently, I painted up 40 daemons (20 plague bearers and 20 Horrors) and I did it all at once and it took 8 hours total. I paint for two hours a night, so it really took me less than a work week and less than i usually spend on a deamon prince, but the look is above what many call a table top standard and fits in nicely with my army on the whole, so let's take a look:

Building a Better Heldrake Part 4: More Painting Progress
Old School here with another update on the Building a Better Heldrake Project. Today we look at last night's progress. Basically, the readers digest version is that I painted the first layer of paint for the bones and the trim around the armor. For those of you who want to read more, let's take a look.

Nurgle Ultraforge Great Unclean One Reborn!
Old School here with another Nurgle treat for Hell'O'Ween! This time, we are looking at the Greater Plague Daemon from Ultraforge (though the model is no longer available). This model is awesome and has tons of layers of torn meat and muscle to work with! I don't really play Daemons at the moment, but with the allies system and the fact that all of my lesser and greater daemons just became inert ... well, I may just have to. With that said, let's take a look at the model!

The Yellow Necrons Recieve More Immortals!
OST here with another batch of the dreaded Yellow Necrons. I am feeling the itch to work on my Chaos Marines who have been gathering dust (though 6th has brought them back out a couple of times). With that being said, I need to pump out the last of the crons. I finished another squad of immortals recently, so let's take a look at them.

Week 5 of painting challenge: A little guard, a lot of dark eldar
Hello everyone, its me L.S.S., taking over for Sammy while he is out on the road for his business. This week we have two more entries from our faithful followers... well one entry and a bunch from a second guy. My own kill point for this week is delayed for now, but should be up by Friday.
First we have Brian with more of his wonderful guard, he called them "Another speed-paint job: A Platoon Command Squad." though they look pretty darn good for a speed-job.
Next we have a HUGE amount of pictures from Ed, I will let him speak for himself about this:

Painted Forge World Avatar
Hello everyone,
Wolfson here bringing you my recently completed Forge World Avatar that I purchased at Adepticon.
I have been in need of an Avatar for my Eldar for quite some time but decided that only a Forge World one would do Khaine justice!

New Citadel Paint Charts!
Old School here and I am very happy to say that the new Citadel Paint Chart is out there. I pulled these two off of Miniature Wargame Conversion. This is very exiting and I am pumped to see a hint of what the new colors and styles are. Needless to say, I will be much happier when I see the paint in person! For now, we just have these two images!

Tervigon - Arachnarock Conversion Reborn: The Original Gets a New Look!
Old School here to post up some photos of the Arachnarock Tervigon, or Tervigon Alpha with a new Hive Fleet and new paint job. A little bit of history first: About a year ago, I was able to use a combination of Ninja tricks, 007 espionage and a little Jedi mind trick to get my hands on the Arachnarock kit before it was available for purchase. With the kit in hand, I was the first to convert this monster, which I first named the Dryder Tervigon and later Tervigon Alpha, but enough history, let's take a look at this big beautiful woman-bug (does that make her a BBW-B?)
