Angel Haze reinventa Miley Cyrus

1. Patti Smith, Banga
2. Fiona Apple, The Idler Wheel...
3. Dan Deacon, America
4. Frank Ocean, Channel Orange
5. Bob Dylan, Tempest
6. Bruce Springsteen, Wrecking Ball
7. alt-J, An Awsome Wave
8. Spiritualized, Sweet Light, Sweet Light
9. Divine Fits, A Thing Called Divine Fits
10. Angel Haze, Reservation

I. Lianne La Havas, Is Your Love Big Enough?
II. Tame Impala, Lonerism
III. Jessie Ware, Devotion
IV. Now, Now, Threads
V. THEESatisfaction, Awe Naturale

* Bitch Bad, de Lupe Fiasco
* Gossip Folks, de Missy Elliott
* Song Cry, de Jay-Z
* Love of My Life, de Erykah Badu
* Doo Wop (That Thing), de Lauryn Hill

Love of My Life tem este teledisco, todo ele subtileza e eficácia.

Angel Haze: New York, New York...

I’m running, running through the jungle
Running like a slave through the underground tunnel
Told you all niggas better get these bitches
Cause I spit till my lips need 16 stitches
I am, lyrical intrusion,
You bitches can’t see me like I’m really an illusion
I hop upon your face and do my motherfucking tooth that
Till I know the meat out like a motherfucking toothpick
Ah, I’m nasty nigga, like Nas like kim, like Cassie bitches
Like I’m fucking Chris dope or that raspy nigga
Or the skin on the feet of a ashy nigga
I am, whatever they say I am
Bumping like the asses on them thick bitches at stadiums
Fuck them other bitches I sound better in the place of them
I kill this shit this the motherfucking raping

Sick bitch, chicken noodle soup face
Calls from oversea like a motherfucking crusade
Crack rock and you hit it till your nose hurts
Rooftop Brooklyn, made the shit and cover

I run New York, I run New York

I am 0 past a hundred, spitting like a dragon
That wnt missing from a dungeon
Y’all a bunch of niggas getting trippy off of nothing
Tie a rope around your neck and let me kick you off a bungee
I’m satan, and I’ma take your ass to church now
Running my fields and you midgets on your first down
I love it, when these bitches know I’m better than them
Cause I don’t hear, not a word or a letter from them
I’m a fire, enemies of the force round
Bitches and I rap, elliptical, all it’s round
Bitches and a condo, I sit with an open mouth
Bitches and you bitches are lyrically
Like some fucking down syndrome, no offence
No shame in all, but y’all bitches on knees like baby claws
You can catch me out in Cover, chilling like a stoop kid
Yeah hate don’t talk bitch do

Sick bitch, chicken noodle soup face
Calls from oversea like a motherfucking crusade
Crack rock and you hit it till your nose hurts
Rooftop Brooklyn, made the shit and cover

I run New York, I run New York

I’m lyrical coming on general
Take shots when I was a criminal
Don’t stop, continue on running around
But never …some of the shit that I’m fin to do
Y’all … that I’m giving you
If you front, I’m gonn put and end to you
I’m like scorpion, bitch I will finish you
Making nasty, real, real nasty
Way you bitches running like you will get past me
Won’t happen you bitches could get on, when I’m off it
Try to cross me now, you be gone in a coffin
It’s just me, myself and I
Talk tough shit and I’ma beat you till you die
Ask why, because I’m better than you’ll ever be
That’s why shit negotiate seems lighter than heavy d

Sick bitch, chicken noodle soup face
Calls from oversea like a motherfucking crusade
Crack rock and you hit it till your nose hurts
Rooftop Brooklyn, made the shit and cover

I run New York, I run New York.

Angel Haze, 20 anos

Hey mama, remember when we left home
Damn, I was barely half grown
I kept crying as you set me on that greyhound
And try to reassure me that things will be ok now
But they wasn't and we both saw it coming
I mean I was just a kid but I was far from a dummie
And as the pain grew you got more reckless and destructive
Like the time you tried to fight and chase Matt around in public
It was crazy and I ain't never seen it one way
I just used to think the cops would take you from us one day
And each time I had to be as strong as I could be and more
And take myself to places I ain't never fucking seen before
Traggic, even when your sanity was madness
You tried to make peace so you could teach me how to grasp it

You should know I'm proud you're doing better for yourself
And that everything you've been made me exactly who I am

It's you and me, and everything we are is everything we'll be
I swear I'll always love you I know you feel the same
And I just wanna say you made it through the pain
Don't let me go ,save my soul from me, let me grow
I say don't let me go , save my soul from me, let me grow

Ey, D I know sometimes you fucking hate me
But we're been through alot and I've been thinking about it lately
We've seen alot of shit some kids should never have to see
Like the shelter and every night we starved ourselves to sleep
Or like when Daniel used to hurt me and you tried to intervene
Or when I told you I was gonna kill you all while you asleep
We we're crazy but we had alot of bad examples
And living how we were living that's alot of shit to handle
And everytime we turned around it seemed like she was hurt again
Even when she promised us we'd never have to hurt again
And we never had a family, but even with the hatred
We have never not had we
You should know that I'll be here until the curtains close
Even when you lose yourself, here until your hurting goes

You should know I'm proud to know you're doing better for yourself
And that everything you've been made me exactly who I am

It's you and me, and everything we are is everything we'll be
I swear I'll always love you I know you feel the same
And I just wanna say you made it through the pain
Don't let me go ,save my soul from me, let me grow
I say don't let me go , save my soul from me, let me grow

Dear little girl inside, everything is fine
We've got through all the pain and even got to keep our minds
Sometimes we still get crazy but not the way we used to
When the love that you know now is nothing you were used to
Sometimes you have to stop feeling sorry for yourself
And love you that way you can teach anybody else
And if it's pain that you were feeling you release it until it's dop
Or else it will get stronger and just beat until you drop
You're alot smarter than you're ever given credit for
Lived like a simili lessons are a metaphor
I hope one day you're strong enough to break free from the cage
And that everything inside you is the reason I've been praying and

It's you and me, and everything we are is everything we'll be
I swear I'll always love you I know you feel the same
And I just wanna say you made it through the rain
