We’ve covered some awesome body paint artists before, but this woman’s creations — all painted by her on her own body — might just melt your face a little bit. And we mean that in the best way possible.

Something about the combination of pin-up glamour, neon colors, and truly unsettling effects makes the work of Corie Willet, also known as twistinbangs on Instagram, one of a kind.

heres my inside out skeleton girl! i didnt feel like gettin crazy with inside organs but this worked either way:)

popart zombie onslaught continued! i blacked out my body and painted my arm green to make it look like i was holding my own head! haha i was kinda proud of this;)

Willet, a hairstylist by day, creates colorful and off-beat characters in her spare time. She adds oomph to these DayGlo colors with the help of a black light. Over time, this eccentric artist has created a series of figures ranging from brightly colored zombie girls to Lisa Frank-inspired cats.
