They Saw A Seal Swimming Next To Their Boat, But You Won't Believe What He Does!

While on a whale watching trip off Mexico’s Baja Peninsula, a group of tourists managed to witness an incredible sight.

It happened after a friendly seal swam up to their boat, something that is quite common during marine life tours, but what left them stunned with amazement is what the seal decided to do all of a sudden. The playful little guy went for a ride on the back of a whale, using his massive body as a real, live surfboard!

Seems like he’s having a whale of a time. Definitely gets my seal of approval.

Sorry, had to say it!

Cameras Caught A Professional Surfer Being Attacked By A Shark

As magnificent and fascinating as sharks can be, you never want to hear about a person getting attacked by one of nature’s most ferocious predators.

While professional surfer Mick Fanning was taking part in a surfing competition this past weekend, people didn’t have to hear about the vicious encounter he had with a great white shark. Instead, they had the misfortune of watching it unfold on a live TV broadcast.

Fanning fortunately made it out unscathed, but wait until you see how he managed to fend off the beast.

A reporter caught up with Fanning to hear his incredible story:

That’s right. He punched the shark.

Even though this is every surfer’s worst nightmare, the World Surfing League stated that this was the first shark attack in the history of their competitions. But at the end of the day, I think it’s safe to assume that Mr. Fanning is the most badass surfer in the game right now.

Watch These Idiots Attempt To SURF On A Shark

Most people try to avoid sharks at all costs. They are dangerous predators of the deep, and encountering one could mean risking life and limb…literally. When people do try to see sharks, it’s generally under the guidance of trained professionals.

And then there are these two morons. They decided they’d hitch a ride on a shark’s back.

These two dummies risked not only their safety, but the shark’s safety as well. It may have gone off without a hitch this time, but the shark might not be so accommodating the second time around.

It Looks Like She's Just Surfing, But When She Stands Up...OMG

If you’ve ever tried to surf before, you know just how difficult it can be. There are a ton of moving parts involved: you need to paddle out to an acceptable distance, turn around, ride with the wave, jump up on the board, keep your balance, and ride the wave to shore. That’s quite a lot to ask of a person who isn’t used to surfing, and is exactly why mastering the extreme sport is so impressive.

Fortunately, these two surfers have mastered the sport to the point where they can perform stunts. We’re not just talking about riding crazy waves. Take a look at the video below and see surfing like you’ve never seen it before.

Surfing is impressive, as is doing gymnastics. Combining the two, however, just blew my mind, and I don’t know just how any of this is possible.
