Really High Five Interactive Magic Iris

Hiya, friends! It's been a minute since I have been on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink blog and I am happy to be here sharing a little inspiration with something I have been longing to play with... the Lawn Fawn Magic Iris! Follow along with me, Janette Kausen , as I walk you through the details of this Really High Five Magic Iris interactive card. The folks over at Lawn Fawn are dang clever in creating these easy to assemble projects. Add a touch of creativity and we've got a charmer every time! Begin project by first die cutting and assembling the Magic Iris unit. Find a detailed and easy to follow tutorial HERE , by the darling Kelly Marie over at Lawn Fawn. Set Magic Iris aside and ink blend Tumbled Glass , Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide inks onto 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" white cardstock using the Lawn Fawn Cloudy Stencil . Rockin' & Rollin' with The Stamp Market

Hello there and welcome to the Butterfly Reflections Ink blog! It's Janette Kausen here and it's been a minute since I've guested with BRI. I am excited to be back and to share today's project with you! As soon as I saw the Citrus Vine stamp set from The Stamp Market I knew it was going straight in my cart. We are citrus farmers so this set just had to be mine! Recreate this card by stamping The Stamp Market's Criss Cross Background in Gina K's Black Amalgam ink on a 4 1/2" x 5 1/2" Lawn Fawndamentals white cardstock panel. Next, set up The Stamp Market's Citrus Vine orange in a Mini MISTI Precision Stamp Tool in order to stamp it accurately three times. First, ink stamp completely solid in Dried Marigold Distress Ink.  Then, tilt Carved Pumpkin Distress ink at about a 45° angle to ink up just the outer 1/2" or so of the image all the way around. Finally, repeat with Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink on just the outermost edge of t
