Have a magical day

Hello everyone Alexandra here today sharing with you this fun picnic card that I made using some Lawn Fawn and Mama Elephant products. For my card I started by creating the background , and i was going for a cloudy sky but didn't wanted the traditional colors so I added some purple too To add more details to my card I've used several stamp sets like :  Crazy Antics stamp set  ,  Unicorn picnic stamp set  and  On the beach stamp set  . All the images I've colored using Spectrum Noir markers . While I wanted my scene to be like a picnic at a beach I also added some palm trees from  Mama Elephant Summer days stamp set  and for the sand hill I just partially die cut the hills from  Shadow box card die To add everything to my card I used a combination of liquid glue and foam tape to add some dimension . Thank you so much for stopping by today , I hope you will be inspired to try this in combining your stamp sets . Have a creative day Alexandra

A perfect day is one shared with a friend

Hello crafty friends! Today I want to share with you a sweet card featuring two of my favorite critters by Hello Bluebird. I started by cutting a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" white rectangles and I ink blended it with tumbled glass and broken china Distress Oxide inks on top and shabby shutters and evergreen bough Distress Oxide ink on bottom. I splattered with clean water and inks loosened in a drop of water and I let it dry. I then stamped a sentiment from the "Seaside Girls" stamp set and some dandelions from the "Field Mice" stamp set with Versafine black ink  . I stamped images from the "Leaf Play" and "Easter Egg Hunt" stamp set, I colored with alcohol markers and I fussy cut them (you can use the coordinating dies to cut images and you can find them here and here ). I then die cut a white frame using the "Gallery Frame #4" die set and I built up my scene using a mix of liquid glue and foam dots.
