Happy Easter in Bunnyville!

Hi crafty friends! Happy Easter! Peggy here with, of course, an Easter card!  I am so excited to show you my first project with Sunny Studio Stamps . Today I'm crafting with two stamp sets from the 2022 Spring Release, the adorable Bunnyville  and Little Birdie ! Let's get started! I started by cutting a panel from some white cardstock and ink blended with Lawn Fawn's Plaid Stencil with Spun Sugar ,  Kitsch Flamingo and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide inks. I wanted to make the sentiment from the Bunnyville stamp set the star of the show. Therefore, I stamped the sentiment from the Bunnyville stamp set in brown pigment ink in the middle of the panel. I used a layer of Versamark Embossing Ink over top and heat embossed with clear powder. Next, I covered the sentiment with a piece of paper and added gold metallic watercolor paint splatters to my panel. I used two stitched nested oval dies to create a white frame to put around my heat embossed sentiment. I adhered the fram

Bunny encouragement card by Gladys

Hello everyone! Gladys here with fun encouragement card to share with you using Mama Elephant products . First, I die cut the bunny because I knew it would take up the most space on my card. This bunny is from the Favor Bag Accessory dies which is meant to be used with treat bags but it's also great for cards. I glued the elements together with liquid glue since some of the pieces were small and it also gave me time to move it in the right place. To add interest,  I added stardust stickles to the bow, glossy accents for the eyes, and a combination of kitsch flamingo and spun sugar for the blush on her cheeks. Next I stamped the bunnies from the Little Line Agenda with milk chocolate ink . I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies . I went with a soft pastel colors because I had Easter on my mind.  To create the scene, I used the Sweet Feline scalloped edges die cut from Bristol smooth cardstock. I used shaded lilac , salvaged patina

Easter BRI Moodboard inspiration

Hello crafty friends! Davina here on the blog with a bright spring card to spark some #brimoodboard color inspiration for you. The colors this month are truly special. Very trendy, boho colors, that just give happy vibes. Not to mention that they coordinate with some of our favorite Distress Ink and Oxide colors. Saltwater Taffy, Wild Honey, Tumbled Glass, and Peacock Feathers, you couldn’t ask for a more delicious color board.  With Easter being only a week away, I wanted to make an Easter card. I haven’t purchased any new Easter themed sets in a of couple years since I don’t send out Easter cards, and I was just collecting them. So I went through my stash and found a few sets that I have been hoarding for years to play with. All items are in stock and  available on the Butterfly Reflections Ink website. I wanted to make a mesh shaker using the cute jar set from Lawn Fawn. Funny enough, I have never used those standard jelly beans that come in the  How you bean  set. I combined those
Hello crafty friends! Davina here on the blog with an Easter filled slimline card featuring the new  Doodlebug  Collection  Hippity Hoppity . I’m a longtime fan of Doodlebug Designs, and don’t use them nearly as much as I want to. This cute card has the adorable bunnies racing to the egg hunt. I used the March BRI Moodboard colors as inspiration for my color choices, although I did have to add some orange for the carrot car.  I began this creating the card by stamping almost every image from  Hippity Hoppity . I also pulled out a few additional sets for additional tree shapes. I used Winter Wonderland   Forest Friends , and Pumpkin Spice  Forest Friends  for the tree as well the bees and ladybug. I colored everything up using my copic markers and color combos the match the BRI Moodboard, then cut  the images using the coordinating dies.  To build my scene I cut two paper layers (white Bristol smooth & grassy green colored cardstock)  using Lawn Fawn  Small Slimline with Left the Fl

LawnFawn Eggstra Amazing Easter

Happy Tuesday crafty friends! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Danielle here up on the BRI blog today with fun Easter card featuring Lawn Fawn Eggstra Amazing Easter stamp set .  With Easter right around the corner, I figure it's not too early to start my cards for family and friends. I started off my card with a plain white card base.  I then trimmed down another piece of Lawn Fawn Peacock cardstock a little bit shorter for my second layer and adhered to my card base using tape adhesive . For my top layer, I used the new Lawn Fawn Spring Fling 6x6 paper pack and trimmed it shorter than my previous layer and adhered using foam adhesive..  I love that this paper pack comes with 12 different patterns and is perfect for spring.  For the die cut center, I used Lawn Fawn Reversed Stitched Scalloped Circle Window die . This created the cute scalloped center in my patterned panel.  I ran this die through my cutting machine again this time on a white piece of cardstock so I

Happy Easter - A Little Early!

Hello, BRI crafty friends!  Kathy here to wish you an - almost - Happy Easter .  Yes, I know we are a couple months away from the Spring holiday, but I couldn't resist creating something bright and springy using this adorable stamp set and pattern papers. For my card, I used these pretty pattern papers from Reverse Confetti Under The Umbrella paper pad .  One of the Reverse Confetti Lacy Scallop Circles dies cut from Lawn Fawn cardstock is the backdrop for these too-darn-cute chicks (just love 'em!) from Lawn Fawn Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set . For my next project, I created a treat bag using Reverse Confetti Scalloped Bag & Tags Creator dies to cut a pattern from Reverse Confetti Under The Umbrella paper pad . I used one of the dies from the set to cut an opening in the front and adhered a piece of Hero Arts Acetate behind the opening.  Lastly, I added a couple more chick images from the Lawn Fawn Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set and tied the tag with twine

Easter Bunny Treat Box

Hi Crafty Friends! Ali here with a cute treat box using those cute bunnies from the Honey Bunny Boo stamp set from Heffy Doodle Stamps and the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Treat Box die as well as the Winter House Add-on die from Lawn Fawn. These little bunnies are a perfect size for the treat box!and it takes no time at all to construct this little beauty! Firstly, I cut 2 treat box dies from some Kraft card and two "roof' panels ( from the Winter House Add-on Die) from green cardstock. I then used a Lawn Fawn paper pad ( Perfectly Plaid Rainbow ) to decorate the sides of the box. The same paper pad was used to cut some lawn pieces using the Lawn Fawn Grassy Hillsides die . Using the Winter House Add-on dies I cut a window from each side and the door from the side of the house in Kraft card and assembled the box as shown. I then stamped our and coloured with copics the bunnies, and eggs from the Honey Bunny Boo set and die cut with the corresponding dies . I
