Beary Cozy Christmas Card

Hi Crafty Friends! Stephanie here with a Beary Cozy Christmas card!  To make the front of the card, I started by using Distress Oxide in Fired Brick and Aged Mahogany with the brick stencil to make the wall of the outside of the house. I then used Lawn Fawn's new Window Frame die with white woodgrain cardstock . I added in some red Christmas lights that I cut with a die from the Build A House Christmas Add On set. I then die cut some snowdrifts using the Lawn Fawn Stitched Hillside Borders and lightly blended Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass . I added in some cute squirrels from the Let's Go Nuts set playing in the snow. I splattered some white acrylic paint mixed with water to make it snow.  The inside of the card took a little more work. I started by stamping all the images I planned on using. I used the Christmas Tree , gifts and ornaments from Joy To All , the bears and frame from Den Sweet Den and the sofa from Window Scene Winter . I also made a little rug for the slee...
Hi all, it's Peter here! I'm back with a very cheery slimline card. I went with some bright colors that give me a summer feel. I recently got the Let's Go Nuts set from Lawn Fawn and I figured it was about time that I used it. I'm loving the snow globe out of the Ready, Set, Snow set so I made sure I used that too in my scene! I use the regular coordinating die to cut out the globe and I use the background die in the Shaker Add-On to cut out the inside. Doing it this way, it doesn't get a big border like with shaker die alone, since I'm not making a shaker out of it. Next to images from the Let's Go Nuts set, I also used the Big Acorn set. The background in the globe is made with the Cloudy Stencil . I filled the scene with flowers, mushrooms, branches, leaves, grass and bugs from all kind of sets; Oh Gnome! , Gleeful Garden , Fairy Friends , and A Bug Deal .
