The clouds at the bottom and top of the card were die cut with Heffy doodle Puffy Cloudy dies and the clouds at the base of the card can be created with dies such as the Cloudy Days and Waves Die or the Cloud Borders Honey Cuts Dies Vanessa has a large range of cute cloud dies in the store here to create you own individual look. The background is applied using Distress Oxide Inks Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon and a cloud stencil .
