My Creatively Random Life

The number of cards coming in has dwindled down as some of the locations I am mailing to seem to take for ever to get their mail.  :(  Here are some lovely cards that came in yesterday though.  Two from China and one from Russia.

This card journeyed all the way from Switzerland.  I love all the scenic views.  My mailbox was sadly empty yesterday with no mail at all, not even a bill but hopefully today will bring some exciting mail. 

The last cards that I got in this month.  Two from Germany and one from the Netherlands.  I have been getting some super cute cards lately.  I have been sending out a lot of fun pen pal mail as well.  I enjoy when I am on top of my pen paling, helps keep life a little less stressful to be getting happy mail.

The latest crop of incoming postcards.  France, Germany and Russia.  I really love the card from France.  Truly my style.

My mailbox got slammed yesterday, the poor mailman.  Here I haver the US, Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, Taiwan, France and the Czech Republic.  The Alaskan postcard there is a sticker as well which is super neat. 

I am a touch behind posting my incoming cards, only one day really so I have four cards to show you today. Two cards from Germany, one from Japan and one from Portugal.  My mailbox has been a little quiet since last week so I am sure it will blow up with cards again at any time now. 

  This lovely postcard hails from Germany, and it covered in beautiful buildings which are of course some of my favourite postcards.   The second postcard that I received yesterday came from Holland and at first I was not sure what the picture is but those are snails.  On the back, I got a lovely picture drawn for me of a cow.  If my editing skills were better I would show it as well because it is really quite beautiful.  Cows being of course my favourite animal. Do you collect postcards?  Are you a member of postcrossing?  I find that sending out snail mail is a soothing experience.  You get to be creative with it.  I always draw pack from postcrossing when I am behind on my pen pal letters but when I am caught up I love to send out postcards.

This lovely card traveled all the way from Finland.  It's not the greatest picture of it but I am still suffering the effects of yesterday's migraine.  I love the happy people picture on the card, a great addition to my mailbox.

Currently.... {I read  Jamie Morrow's  Currently every week and I always want to hop on board because it seems like such a fun way to keep you guys updated on the stuff going on in my life so here I am.} Loving... Movies and sleep.  It has been so cold outside the last few days that I love nothing more than being able to curl up in bed under all the warm blankets and watch a movie.  Till I fall asleep because I never make it through a movie and Mike always has to turn them off. Reading... I am starting to do alphabetical reading for my A-Z Challenge this year, I find it pretty exciting to have a goal for my reading.  Currently I am doing W and Y, one real book and one e-book so that no matter where I am I have something to read. Watching... After seeing 'The Force Awakens' three times we are working our way through the old Star Wars movies.  We are currently in the middle of  'The Empire Strikes Back'. List...
