This was a hard one for me to choose because I love so many things but in the end I went with the first thing that had come to my mind when I read the question and that was lasagna rolls. I think my mom first got this recipe from one of those mail subscription recipe clubs back in the early nineties, you know, they sent you a box and then recipes every month to fill it up? Does stuff like that still exist or is it all Pinterest and food bloggers? Anyway, these things are just to die for.
