I used the card by Monika (below) for inspiration - though with the embossing folder (Quick Cutz) I could not figure out how to space the trees as I wanted.   I used a sentiment by Unity for repetition.  (If you have seen other cards on my blog, you know that I really struggle with CAS cards, and this is certainly no exception!)

Showery Chick

This is a chick by Stampendous, colored with water color pencils and accented with metallic gel pens.  The flowers are by Petaloo, with rhinestones added.  A few days ago the technique challenge at Splitcoaststampers was to create a faux embossed piece by adding punches of the same color - here I added tiny butterflies.  The border punch is Martha Stewart's trellis.  I used Nesties for the ovals, and the sentiment is JustRite.
