A snowy thanks

This is for a grandson and his wife who live in Alaska.  I thought this would be appropriate for them!  One of my goals for the year (again) is to make a bit of a dent in my stash of images and other supplies.  And once again I did not keep track of the origin of this cute snowman!  He is trying to keep warm with that scarf!  The die cut is from an older Cuttlebug set.  I added a bit of glitter to the snow..some of it just looks like blobs on the screen!

Christmas 2019

I am trying to complete a few more Christmas cards, even as it is time to get them in the mail!  OK, next year I really will start earlier!  Once again I am taking advantage of a colored image by Beccy.  The sentiment is from her same Nativity collection.  The oval die cuts are with Spellbinders.

happy Anniversary

If you can help with this image I would appreciate it.  It is yet another one in my files that I neglected to label.  It is fun for an anniversary card.  I colored with gel pens and Prismas.  The sentiment is by QKR Stampede.
I think I managed all of the colors  - brown, raspberry, light teal, gold, dark olive:  Your Next Stamp

Psalm 118:24

The sentiment is from Our Daily Bread.  I used one of the dies from Spellbinders Majestic Elements, paired with a regular oval.  The floral panel die is by Tattered Lace, with some gold glitter added.  The ribbon is edged in metallic gold, and the last strip is narrow rick-rack. The soft blue bg is embossed with Swiss dots.

Tailored and Elegant for Mother

My mother has been gone for several years, but I should find a mother to send this to.  This is a favorite image, by Endless Creations.  I used odds and ends of cs.  I embossed the CB Victoria folder.  It is very hard to see, but the black strip has embossed faux stitching, done with a CB border folder.  The scrollwork at the bottom is cut with a CB border die.  I am terrible at piercing, even with a metal template but I gave it a go!  ALso hard to see - I added glitter to the flowers for more sparkly elegance.  Also, the scroll work and the mat for the image are shimmery black cs.

Fantasy in green and purple

I
This week I procrastinated (more than usual) on a couple of challenges because I frankly could not come up with an inspiration.  Finally I recalled this pre-colored digi that has been in my files for a long time.  It is one more image that I saved without crediting the source, and I cannot recall where I got it - most likely a freebie.  Please let me know if you recognize it as I would like to give credit for it.  I used an embossed bg (Sizzix) and a CB border die to create the trellis - there is not much to see but it does kind of make me think of a ladder.
The DP is Paper Studio, and the sentiment from Riveting by SU - which I cut with deckle scissors.  The stars are very shiny foam chipboard stickers - I got a large package of them on after-Christmas clearance.  I though they were too shiny -yet still worked for a masculine look.  I used a piece of chalk to smear a bit on one - rubbed it in a bit, and got purple stars with a bit of glitter.

Skinny Dipping - NOT

Both the image and sentiment came from friends at WishRAK on Splitcoaststampers, and I have lost track of the origin.  I think they go together well.  She is colored with Prismas, and has some REAL gold earrings and eyeglass frames.  I would have added diamonds to her earrings, but the ones I have seemed a bit too large LOL !  The ribbon, lace, and cuttlebug border die add some frills.  The lower panel is dry embossed with the CB folder D'Vine Swirls - an old standby for ocean waves.  The cloud DP is Debbie Mumm.

Unity X two

It is a good thing I will be home soon.  I took limited supplies with me in the RV for the summer.  I had such a great summer selling at our weekly craft sales - I made about 200 cards over the summer, and my supplies are running low!
This is created with the CB birthday folder, red cs from Recollections, and Nesties Labels4.  The image is colored with Twinkling H2O's.
I had a few Unity images with me, but not my stamps.  The images (and the RainDrops) came from a friend who decided she would rather do beading than paper crafts.  (Thanks, Shari!)
