Zumba Global Burst - Thoughts

Zumba Global Burst Cardio Interval workout features Steve Boedt as the lead.  The workout includes two additional cast mates, one of which shows lower intensity modifications. Global Burst features music from different international beats. During each song, Steve adds in cardio burst  to add intensity and increase the heart rate. You know the burst are coming by the Super Man arms.  Essentially cardio burst are moves that include some type of jumping , hopping or running or are using your arms full out with a large range of motion.  The cardio burst last for about 30 seconds. I did feel some of the cardio burst a bit repetitive especially because the same burst will repeat throughout a tune. The back of the DVD case said the workout is 29 minutes plus an optional warm up which is just under 4 minutes and an optional cool down which is just over 4 minutes.
