Stretching For Health presented by Victoria Sarquisse Tangoflex Method.  This DVD contains five stretching workouts; each with a different emphasis. DVD Menu Play All Choose Workout Video 1 is approximately a 13 minute  workout.  The is workout is performed seated.  Some of the moves are wavy arms, spine twist, side stretch series, forward fold series, and body rolls/wave  series.  Emphasis is the shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, and back. Video 2 is performed seated and it clocks in at around 12 minute.  Exercises include chest opening/closing, neck stretch, shoulder circles and hugs, and seated stretch extensions. Focus is posture.  Video 3 is 18-minute in length and is performed in the lying position. The first 6 to 7 minutes of this video, you are lying supine and taking a complete inventory of your body. Tamilee Webb Total Stretch for Beginners - Thoughts

Total Stretch for Beginners with Tamilee Webb is a compilation DVD that contains two of Tamilee's previously release stretch workouts. The two programs on this DVD are: Total Body Stretch for Beginners Beginners Stretch for Flexibility Total Body Stretch for Beginners is broken down into three 10-minute  segments.  Segment one is standing.  Segment two is sitting.  Segment three is floor.  I did these segments after my Sunday treadmill runs.  Segment two requires a chair.  Segment three a mat. I really enjoyed these workouts.  In each 10-minute workout, I felt I got a total body stretch workout using the various positions. In Beginners Stretch for Flexibility , Tamilee starts out by giving beginner tips on technique and breathing. She then proceeds to take you through a series of modified yoga and athletic poses, starting at the top and moving down the body. As she goes through the workouts she points out what muscle group you are stretching....

Victoria Sarquisse Tangoflex Method - Thoughts

Tangoflex Method is a workout method designed to increase flexibility. The Tangoflex system consist of four workouts across two DVDs and has been created by Victoria Sarquisse.  DVD one contains the following : Introduction 50 Minute Full Body Workout Play All The workout starts lying down and finishes standing up.  You are taken through a series of exercises.  Victoria works the body in a variety of positions and levels.  Multiple levels are demonstrated. Victoria will show the advance version and at the same time and picture in picture (PIP) box will pop up that will show how the move can be modified. I like this feature. By the end of the workout, I did feel as if I stretch the whole body. The pace of the workout is slow. The music is methodical and a bit melancholy.  Parts of it made me want to go to sleep.  I like the full body workout but did feel it was about 10 minutes to long.
