Jessica Smith Feel Good Fusion - Thoughts

Jessica Smith's Feel Good Fusion is a combination of cardio, strength, Pilates, barre and yoga fitness styles.  This DVD contains two workouts. The first workout is Fusion Strength and it is 47 minutes in length. Fusion Strength is a high rep workout that uses a light set of dumbbells. Jessica states the goal is to build strength without force.  Most of the moves in this workout requires big movements - reaching movements that aid in building endurance. For most of the workout it seems as if  you were doing some type or form of a squat whether single leg or double leg.  After the weight work, Jessica takes you through a standing abs, balance and coordination segment. The workout concludes with a stretch. The second workout is Flow Cardio . This workout clocks in at 35 minutes and does not use weights.  Flow Cardio is a lower intensity steady state cardio workout. Strength & Balance is a Jessica Smith Walk On DVD that contains two 30-minute workouts.  There are two other cast members working out with Jessica.  One cast member shows beginner modifications. The DVD Menu: Stride & Strength Barefoot Fusion  Walk Play All   Stride & Strength is the first workout. This workout uses a set of hand weights.  Jessica combines strength exercises with higher intensity walking that Jessica calls your cardio push.  So you will do three strength compounds type moves and then a series of cardio moves design to get your heart rate up.  There are three rounds total. Total Body Balance is a workout DVD by Jessica Smith that features four 20-minute workouts. The DVD menu offers the following options:     Introduction     Play All     Cardio Flow - 20:57     Sole Sculpt - 22:07     Core Stretch - 23:32     Cardio Dance Sculpt - 20:43 All the workouts are performed barefoot.  Cardio Flow is set out doors.  This is a fusion workout that includes ballet, a bit of modern dance, and big movements. Along with Jessica, there is one other cast member that shows advanced progressions. Sole Sculpt   is your sculpting workout.  It also has an outdoor sets.  Jessica uses a set of 3lb weights. Build Balance + Inner Strength is part of Jessica Smith's Walk Strong series.  This DVD comes with three fusion style 30 minute plus workouts.  The fusion style is a mixture of pilates, dance, yoga and light sculpting.  Jessica performs all workouts shoeless. Along with Jessica, the other cast member is Jessica's mom Debbie. Debbie is the modifier.  There is a countdown clock in each workout. The first workout is Core Control. This workout clocks in at 31:18. In this workout you are moving to music. This is a body weight only workout. There are lots of arm movements as well as balance style moves.  Some of the exercises in this workout are:    ball changes chasse, switch arabesque, side steps side taps,  knee      raise, leg extensions, cross over crunches, thread the needles, and  standing 100s.
