NordicTrack Commercial X11i This is going to be a three-part review.  While I have had this treadmill for a month now, I have only been able to use it since Saturday and that is because it arrived broken. Yep!!! You heard me right. My $2000 new treadmill arrived and it did not work. I ordered the treadmill on January 1.  The treadmill arrived on January 17.  My husband put the treadmill together January 19 and when we turned it on, the belt did not move. It was very simple for my husband to put together, but before calling Nordictrack, we made sure everything was connected properly and it was.  Called NordicTrack and the first thing you hear when they pick up is how there is a "higher call volume than usual, and wait times will be long" They were not lying. In this process, I have had to call them four times and the least amount of time I waited on the phone was 41 minutes. When you are holding all of this time, they constantly tell you to go out to myfitn...

This is an introduction to what is going to be a three-part review and/or synopsis of my experience buying and using my new treadmill. This is the fourth treadmill that I have purchased.  Prior to this one, I had a manual treadmill that I got in the late 90s but I forget which brand.  In the early 2000s, I bought a Proform treadmill.  In 2011, I bought another Proform and now I have the NordicTrack X11i. I will post Part 1 and Part 2 today.  And then in about a month, I will post Part 3.   I broke it up into three parts because I wanted to share my experience with the purchase process and it was getting quite long.  Part 3 will come in about a month because I have only used the treadmill twice even though I have had it for about a month and I want to use it more before I delve more into what I like about it and what I don't like as far as actually using the treadmill goes.
