Ravioli with mascarpone sauce and fresh ripe tomatoes

These last few weeks have been very hot so did not feel like to cook.On the other hand we were several visits from Brazil, which  has been a great joy for me.

We walked and watched as the city gets so close to Christmas. We went to eat different things like the Korean restaurant  that we went with our friends A and D. Very good all and very rich.

I also want to mention that my blog has also been featured in the media for the North American network NBC in your webpage NBC Latino if you wish to read the interview and learn a little more about me

Yesterday I made pasta, ravioles and asI had a bit of mascarpone, wanted to use it  I put fresh tomatoes cooked with the heat of pasta. The result was a beautiful and refreshing dish for these days.
