This month we will be sharing projects inspired by our Christmas.  I am in love with the Snowflake Sentiments bundle , today I have a "2d" card with a colour combination of Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Island Indigo. I added some bling with silver glimmer paper for the swirls and snowflake die cuts, and "spritzed" a little Island Indigo and Pool Part to break up the Whisper White background. I used sponge daubers to create the ombre effect, starting with the lightest and working up to the darkest on the snowflakes and sentiment - I adore this effect! I want to say a BIG thank you to all the lovely comments and emails I received for my  original card  made with the  Snowflakes Sentiments bundle , I am quite humbled to say the least! I had so many questions and requests about how to make the I decided to make another for you and create a video tutorial. I've used my "signature" colour as the base for this card, and adjusted the measurements slightly so that I could fit the Season's Greetings sentiment for this project. I used a colour combination of Powder Pink, Berry Burst, Wisteria Wonder and Pool Party with Silver Glimmer paper for this card - I just love this combination, (but I am partial to pink ), it's so pretty! I work in metric measurements, but have also tried my best to convert to imperial inches for you too - the principal for cutting and aligning the die cuts is the same regardless. I've created a project using one of my favourite fun folds - a "z-fold", using the Snowflakes Sentiments Bundle The thinlits give the card lots to detail, and did take a bit of time to put together, but hey if I'm honest I overthink the the placement of the swirls and snowflake sentiments like 3 - 4 times before I stick them down, hahaha!, but I must say every minute was worth it, I am really happy with the finished card. The full line up below will guide you through all the projects and we'd love to hear from you on what your favourite technique is?  Today I am showcasing the "Ghosting Technique", what's that you say? In a nut shell you create the illusion  of a  lighter shadow behind  a main colour focal point by  stamping with white craft ink first and then with colour over the top, slightly offset. I LOVE the effect this technique creates!
