Fall Break October 28th 2022

Note: these pictures loaded in reverse order

-We had our final morning at Juniper Ridge. We had a delicious breakfast, played Pit and enjoyed the last bit of the morning.
-We went to Edge of the Cedars State Park, where we saw puebloan ruins and even got to climb down inside a replica of a ruin to see what it would have been like to live in one. The kids all completed a scavenger hunt and earned a pin!
-We stopped by Canyonlands NP on the way home. We had never been to the Needles section and decided to do the Slickrock Foot trail. It was really cool, had beautiful views, lizards to catch, bits of slot canyons and lots more. We had a lot of fun hiking this trail.

This view of The Needles explains its name

-Drive to Juniper Ridge (Airbnb). This is our second time staying here. We loved it so much the first time that we couldn't resist going back! We invited our friends, the Eversheds to join us for this adventure and we had SO much fun!
-We love playing the instruments at Juniper Ridge and playing on the new playground

-On the drive, we stopped to see Wilson Arch (see this post for the time we missed Wilson WILSON!!!) It was beautiful and a nice little stopping point
