Sweet Wishes

It's time for a brand new contest at the Monday Outlawz sentiment challenge!  We took a little break at the end of 2016, but now that it's 2017 we are ready to go!  Here's a delightful stamp from Tory Tales called Sweet Wishes.  I turned my card into a birthday theme card by adding a cupcake.
