Baby Elephant

Isn't this the cutest stamp?  I just love it.  It comes from Sheepski Designs artist Andrea Norris.  I am so excited that she is giving away a prize this month. I adore this wonderful elephant image.  I added some gorgeous Turkish lace and cute hearts to go with it.  Her store has some awesome skulls (of which I own all of them) and some beautiful lady stamps.

Here's another wonderful Valentine card made with a gorgeous stamp from SheepSki Designs.  This great store has graciously given a wonderful gift certificate to their store as a prize this month.  WOO HOO!!  I am also using some wonderful Turkish Lace on this card.  Are you all wondering how much Turkish lace I must have?  lol, I go to Turkiye with a suitcase full of gifts (and very little clothes) for the family I am staying with and come home with literally, a suitcase FULL of lace.  FULL.  I spend days going to store after store after store of wonderful lace and ribbons.  It's so much fun.

This wonderful stamp is called Serenity.  I thought it perfect for this month as brain surgery brought about a state of serenity!

Thankful

Here's a wonderful image from Sheepski Designs today.  They have a great Etsy store filled with awesome images including several skulls, which you know I love.  I also used some wonderful embroidered mirrored ribbon that I got while in Istanbul, Turkiye this summer.   I am using the theme Thankful as I am so very thankful for what's coming, the celebration, to all of you who celebrate with me, both the amazing sponsors and all my stamping friends.  When I was in the hospital back during brain surgery so many stampers sent me beautiful cards and were praying for me.  It was really touching.  That is why I celebrate every year now and give back to the crafting community!

I hope you are all having a wonderful day, I can't believe we are already more than halfway through January, I have so much to do still, lol. Guess I better hurry up! I am so excited to say that Sheepski is going to be giving away an awesome prize next month! WOO HOO!

Snow!

Happy Monday everyone! Today I am sharing a card I made using an image from Sheepski Designs. I made this card for the current Challenge over on Outlaws Monday Greetings challenge. Our theme this week is winter.  As always, don't forget to add a sentiment to the front of your card!

Question of the day:  what types of die cuts do you like?  shapes?  borders? topics? animals? flowers? small embellishments?

Can you all guess what I have been doing with my free time?  LOL, like I have any of that.  In addition to working and having this celebration, I am also making myself start walking again and getting ready for the upcoming Capitol 10k Run/Walk.  So far I am about 4.25 miles a day. (that's and hour and half after school lets out, when you know you are tired, lol!). 

Anyways, I have been taking your answers and STARTING packages for the winners (and maybe, but you didn't hear it from me) and upcoming winners of the blog candy, because I have SO many more envies in this pic than I have names on the list!! It's 2017
