Surgery Today

Sharing this adorable image from Little Blue Button today,  I haven't announced on my blog yet but I had a horrible fall while walking last week and I ended up in the hospital.  I not only dislocated my elbow, I also shattered parts of it and will have surgery Monday morning 5am central to try and repair it, prayers and positive thoughts are appreciated.

When  I get home I hope to enter some updates on my blog about how it went.  Wish me luck

Little Blue Button stamp

Here's a gorgeous image from Little Blue Button. Check out her store for some Awesome stamps. I love her little girls and her cute doll theme stamps.  I am also using some of the wonderful Turkish Lace that I got last summer on this card.

I heard from the school that the job is still in progress with the district offices, but I know that the majority of the school employees will begin next week so I am hoping that paper work will be done and I will get the job in time to be starting next week!  I hope that will also ensure that I get health benefits and other such items :)  Keep your fingers crossed for me.

All I want is you

Here's another wonderful stamp from Little Blue Button stamps.  This one is very Ooo La La for that card you want to give your significant other.  I love her.  I made this simple creation just for him.  I know we are already past Valentine's Day, but he really has been super supportive over the last several months as I have been looking for work and just so much stress.

Question of the day, do you use embossing folders?  do you use brass stencils?

Happy Birthday!

Here's a wonderful Birthday theme image today to celebrate MY Birthday!  Can you believe it?  It seems like it was just my birthday last year and here I am getting older again!  Today I am the special guest designer for Little Blue Button stamps and I am using an adorable Birthday theme stamp called Happy Birthday Jessica to celebrate.  I have some lovely flowers die cuts from Paper Smooches called Dainty Flower Wise Dies.

I cute out the flowers in four different colors, black, red, yellow and green so I could paper piece them together on my card, then I assembled them together.  I used a cute birthday and butterfly die cut that I got from a magazine purchase.

Hope you like my Birthday Card today!  Be sure and check out all the fun stamps at the Little Blue Button!!
