Are protecting young immigrants, aka "Dreamers", a moral imperative or a “critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success” ?

'The Center For American Progress (CAP) Action Fund circulated a memo on Monday calling illegal immigrants brought here at a young age — so-called “Dreamers” — a “critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success.”

The memo, co-authored by former Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri, was sent around to allies calling on Democrats to “refuse to offer any votes for Republican spending bills that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”

President Donald Trump’s administration moved to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy in September, which former President Barack Obama instituted through executive order to keep immigrants who came here as children from being deported.

...
“The fight to protect Dreamers is not only a moral imperative, it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success,” reads Palmieri’s memo, obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation.

“If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond,” reads the memo. “In short, the next few weeks will tell us a lot about the Democratic Party and its long-term electoral prospects.”'

This story, reported by The Daily Caller, received no mainstream media, for which you can read left-wing, anti-President Trump and pro-US Democrat Party media, coverage.

There's certainly been nothing about this on the President Trump hating BBC, who are still hurting over the defeat of Hillary Clinton in the last Presidential election.

An impartial news reporting organisation would report such a memo coming to light but the BBC is less interested in facts than advancing their narrative.

JK Rowling apologises over Trump disabled boy tweets per BBC News neither of whom seem to have the gift of sight or any class

The BBC report JK Rowling's mealy mouthed apology for her recent factually incorrect tweets about President Donald Trump:

'"Multiple sources have informed me that that was not a full or accurate representation of their interaction.

"I very clearly projected my own sensitivities around the issue of disabled people being overlooked or ignored onto the images I saw and if that caused any distress to that boy or his family, I apologise unreservedly."

Rowling didn't apologise to Mr Trump himself.

...

Mr Trump is said to have shaken the boy's hand as the president entered the room.'

Some points:
First, why didn't JK Rowling apologise to President Donald Trump? He was the person whose actions she misrepresented. It was his actions that she decried. Yet it's the child and his family that get the apology. Can't JK Rowling being herself to apologise to the injured party?

Second, the BBC inform the public that 'Mr Trump is said to have shaken the boy's hand as the president entered the room.' I've seen the video showing just that, it's very easy to find on the Internet.
Have the BBC really not seen the video or are they happy to cast doubt on the actions of President Donald Trump and so support their fellow lefty JK Rowling?

BBC bias as usual?

Here's the video that proves JK Rowling incorrect

How can the BBC continue to simply state that 'Mr Trump is said to have shaken the boy's hand as the president entered the room.'

'Mr Trump is said to have...' It's there on video, surely the wording must be changed to 'Mr Trump did shake the boy's hand as the president entered the room.'

Is Donald Trump a racist?

It's odd that Donald Trump was never called a racist until he became the Republican Party's Presidential candidate and then President of the United States of America.

When I say odd, I do of course mean entirely predictable...

Is the word 'outburst' an example of the BBC's unbiased reporting?

The BBC don't even care about appearing unbaised now.

This BBC report starts thus:

'US President-elect Donald Trump has urged Israel to "stay strong" until he assumes office next month.

In comments referring to last week's UN Security Council vote which criticised Israeli settlement building on occupied land, he complained Israel had been treated with "disdain and disrespect".

The comments came in his latest outburst on Twitter.'
Do the BBC ever describe Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton or any of their other favourites as having 'outbursts' or is just one of the 'deplorables'.

To all of the Trump haters, all of the Hilary Clinton supporters...

I've seen so many crying Hillary Clinton supporting snowflakes on YouTube over the last few days that I thought this chap would make a fine antidote to their upset.

The US Presidential Election and media bias

I've posted this piece of video before but I think it worthy of watching again and again. I'd also love to see a BBC spokesman defend their record as exposed in this video.

Rudy Giuliani – I Could Convict Crooked Hillary on 26 Counts

A fascinating piece of video and one that I wish I could show to the woman I heard shouting abuse about Donald Trump whilst watching a recording the second Presidential debate on Monday morning.
Apparently "I don't know why they let that vile, disgusting man on television. He shouldn't be allowed to stand, he's disgusting." Additionally 'Hillary Clinton caries herself very well and is wonderful.'

Donald Trump: "Because you'd be in jail"

Somehow the pro Hillary Clinton and desperately anti Donald Trump BBC didn't report on this exchange from last night's second Presidential debate. I wonder why...
Hillary Clinton tries one of her usual snarky lines and gets a very swift and deflating reply - "Because you'd be in jail" - We can but dream!

Trump v Clinton: Who won the debate? Per BBC News - the BBC minimising a toxic anti Hillary Clinton story

This BBC analysis http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37604731 of the second Presidential debate manages to mention one smoking gun from Hillary Clinton's past but in such a way that the British public can be protected from the truth about the BBC's candidate of choice.
The BBC manage this:
'... Mr Trump unloaded every bit of malicious allegation and rumour he had....  He dinged Mrs Clinton's 1970s work as a public defender representing a rapist.'
An unbiased news organisation would detail what the accusations are and embed the audio of Hillary Clinton so the public could hear her triumphant tone as she tells how she got this man off of a child rape charge.

However the BBC is not an unbiased news reporting organisation, it's a campaigning body and in this instance getting Hillary Clinton elected US President is more important than the truth.

US election: Donald Trump sorry for obscene remarks on women per BBC News

The BBC gleefully and self-righteously report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37594918 some off-colour remarks made by Donald Trump in 2005. Oddly I can find nothing on the BBC about Hillary Clinton gloating at getting a man off a rape charge or her remarks about (and to) the women who accused her husband of various sexual offences.
I'm sure there must be a reason other than sheer bias that would explain this disparity in BBC coverage but I'm unable to think of one.

UK will be first for trade deal - Donald Trump adviser per BBC News

'Britain will be offered a free trade deal before the rest of the European Union if the Republicans win the US presidential election, Donald Trump's trade adviser has said.

Dan DiMicco said Britain was "a friend" of America and was leaving the EU for the right reasons.'
Yet another reason for the BBC to campaign against Donald Trump and for Hillary Clinton.

Colin Powell calls Trump 'national disgrace' in email leak per BBC News

This BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-37364189 reports barely half the news. It concentrates on one remark that is negative about Donald Trump but ignores the worse of the negative comments that Colin Powell made about Hillary Clinton.

It's almost as though the BBC wasn't an independent news reporting organisation but was instead campaigning for the Democrats in the US.

These are college students!

I'm not sure which people in this video irritate me more: the ones who know nothing "Honestly I don't even know anything" or the women who think it "will be fun to like have a female President"

US election 2016 and the BBC's use of language is revealing again

The start of this BBC report http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-36147183 uses similar language to a report from last week.

'Donald Trump has won presidential primaries in all five US states that voted on Tuesday, while Hillary Clinton triumphed in four out of five.'

Donald Trump wins all five primaries but Hillary Clinton triumphs... It's about mood setting and narrative establishing. It's about pushing the Hillary Clinton campaign. It's about BBC bias.

An interesting choice of words by the definitely unbiased BBC re the New York primaries

As we all know the BBC are completely unbiased in their reporting. So what an odd choice of words in this article http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-36088637 on the New York primaries results.

'Donald Trump has won the Republican presidential primary in New York while Hillary Clinton has triumphed in the Democratic race.
...
With almost 95% of the results in, Mr Trump is leading with just over 60% of the vote while Mrs Clinton has just under 58%.'

Donald Trump 'won' whilst Hillary Clinton 'triumphed'. An interesting choice of words for an unbiased news reporting organisation. It can't be based upon vote share in their respective contests as

Donald Trump won more of the share of the Republican vote than Hillary Clinton did of the Democrat vote.

Donald Trump 'is he so wrong?'

I feel a little dirty admitting this,  but I may be agreeing with Piers Morgan in The Mail http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3504893/PIERS-MORGAN-comes-terror-isn-t-time-started-listening-seriously-Trump.html

'I spoke to Trump for 40 minutes. He was, as you'd expect, bombastic, defiant and self-congratulatory. Why wouldn't he be? He's ripped up every political rulebook to take this presidential race by storm, a scenario that is hardly going to deflate the ego of New York's most cock-sure billionaire tycoon.

But he also spoke in more detail about his plans to combat ISIS and I found myself nodding more than I expected.

Trump told me countries must tighten their borders in light of these terror attacks, especially to anyone related to an ISIS fighter in Syria.

Is he so wrong?

He told me he wants law-abiding Muslims to root out the extremists in their midst, expressing his bafflement and anger that someone like Abdeslam was able to hide for so long in the very part of Brussels he had previously lived.

Is he so wrong?

He told me America must make it far harder for illegal immigrants to enter the U.S. and thinks European countries should follow suit.

Is he so wrong?

He told me he believes there are now areas of many major European cities which have become poisonous breeding grounds for radicalized Islamic terror.

Is he so wrong?

I didn't feel I was talking to a lunatic, as many seem to view Trump.

I saw a guy, a non-politician unfettered by PC language restraints, who is genuinely furious at the devastation which ISIS is wreaking, and seriously concerned for the security of his fellow Americans and indeed, the citizens of Europe.:

Views that you won't hear repeated on the anti Trump, pro Islam BBC.
