Lovely Week - Day 4

July 22, 2021

Hello everyone! It's Heather here. Today, I'm here with a card using the new Lovely stamp set.

I love these floral and leaf images so much. The simple and understated and oh so pretty!

To create my card, I went to one of my favorite techniques which is heat embossing with white onto color cardstock. I love how this looks and the accents with the white/black patterned paper and the die cut/stamped sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by!

Lovely Week - Day 2

July 20, 2021

Hi there!

Elena here, with a sweet card featuring the tropical flowers from Lovely:

I started out by coloring a whole slew of flowers and leaves, and layered them behind the sweet elephant from Island Time. I then did some soft ink-blending on my card base layer, and layered the images on top of that, along with the die-cut Hooray. I layered 2 Hooray die-cuts together, giving the light pink layer a bit of a darker pink shadow. The whole thing was framed out using a scalloped frame from the Fairy Ephemera Pack, and the secondary sentiment is from Sweet Day.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Lovely Week - Day 1

July 19, 2021

Hi there.  It's Caryn here today sharing a bright and fun card featuring the Lovely stamp set and dies.  I've paired it with the gorgeous Hooray die and a palette of rainbow gorgeousness.

I blended Distress Inks onto some watercolour paper and spritzed with water for a textured effect.  Whilst that was drying I stamped all the images from the Lovely stamp set onto more watercolour card and used Karin Pro brush Markers to colour the images.

I die cut the rainbow panel using the Double Pierced Rectangle dies  then also cut a strip from the centre using the curved border die from the Slimline Border elle-ments.  I popped the two rainbow die cut pieces up on foam tape them glued the flower elements along the edge and finished with a multi-layered die cut HOORAY in the centre!
