Encouraging Greetings Week - Day 2

April 23, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here with a card featuring Encouraging Greetings:

Sometimes all a friend needs is for you to tell them you're thinking of them. I love having this sentiment stamp for times when words are not enough.

I also brought in some florals, from both Thank You Flowers and Best Of The Bunch.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Work Of Art Week - Day 3

February 28, 2024

Hi there!

Elena here with a card featuring the Work Of Art stamp set:

I started out by stamping the easel image, and into the paint splotch, I stamped the bouquet from Thank You Flowers. I carefully wiped off the ink from everything but the flowers and made sure to mask off the area outside of the splotch.

If there is a work of art, somewhere there is a painter! I grabbed the fox from Best of The Bunch, removed the ink from the bouquet, and placed a paintbrush in his paw instead. The paintbrush hides any little stamping imperfections, as a bonus.

I framed out the scene with the Scalloped Burst die, and added the sentiment to ground the images.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by.

Scalloped Burst Die With Elena

June 8, 2023

Hi there!

Elena here with a sweet card featuring the Scalloped Burst die:

I cut it out of white cardstock, and used the palest pink marker to add some color to the delicate scalloped inner frame. I then used a variety of distress oxide inks to add color to the card base.

After ink-blending the background, I flicked some water onto the panel to give it that bokeh look. While the layer was drying, I colored images from Best Of The Bunch, and die-cut 2 of the "best wishes" die. Before layering them together, I used a pale blue marker to add some color to the shadow layer.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Guess What? Week - Day 5

April 14, 2023

Hi there.  Caryn here today and I am sharing this card I created using the Guess What? stamp and die set.

I started by laying a base of kraft cardstock onto a white card base and laid a die cut green layer over the top.  I love the Best of the the Bunch from the Spring release so couldn't resist using it again and pairing one of the cute images from it with the Guess What? set.

Best Of The Bunch Week - Day 5

April 7, 2023

Hi Everyone! I'm sharing Best of the Bunch today! This is such a sweet stamp set.

I stamped, die cut and colored two of the flower and animal images from Best of the Bunch. Then I cut three polaroid inspired shapes and layered them on to the card base. Next I stamped a sentiment and heart on to the polaroids and adhered the stamped images. Finally, I heat embossed another sentiment from the set on black card stock. I love how this card layered together.

I can't wait to see what you create!

Best Of The Bunch Week - Day 1

April 3, 2023

Hi there!

Elena here with a simple card featuring Best of the Bunch:

I did say simple, because the design is not complicated, but it is by no means boring! I love the sweetness of the critters carrying each other flowers. I did some blue ink-blending around the top of the card, and allowed the color to fade as I pulled it towards the center.

I added my favorite sentiment from the set, and a few floating butterflies to complete the scene.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by.

Everyday Alphas Week - Day 1

March 20, 2023

Hello!  It's Caryn here and yesterday was Mother's Day here in the UK.  The Everyday Alphas dies were exactly what I need to create this pretty card for my lovely mum.  I added an image from the gorgeous Best of The Bunch stamp set too.

I started by die cutting all my letters from white cardstock three times (just once for the word DAY).  I stacked them then for HAPPY I went over the top with a gold leafing pen and the same for the DAY.  I cut the letters for MOTHER'S from pink cardstock and glued them to the top of the stack.

I used the oval die cut from the Oval Burst die set and layered all my letters and image on top,
