Big Birthday Week - Day 5

August 3, 2018

Hello!  I am sharing two cards I created today using our Big Birthday Clear Stamps. I think that the sentiments look so good embossed in gold onto the watercolor backgrounds.  I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them!

Thanks for stopping by to take a peek. Have a great weekend!

Big Birthday Week - Day 4

August 2, 2018

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing a fun card using Big Birthday stamps.

To create my card I started by water coloring a border on my card base. I love how the colors interact and mix with each other.

Next, I stamped "birthday" on the card. Tip: Water color paper can be tricky to stamp on. I used my Misti to stamp several times to get perfect coverage. Next I heat embossed "happy" above "birthday". I love the Rose Gold Powder. It's my favorite!

Finally I added the cat and stars from Party Pals.

Thanks for stopping by!

Big Birthday Week - Day 3

August 1, 2018

Hello!  Amy here today with a card using the stamp set......Big Birthday.  There's nothing like a 'birthday' sentiment done in a beautiful font.  This set gives you TWO large birthday stamps in both a bold and thinner font.

Big Birthday

I created a frame using the Reversed Pinked Elle-ments.  To the inside of the frame, I sponged Tumbled Glass Distress Ink lightly.  I stamped my 'birthday' sentiment inside this frame using New Moon Ink.  The other part of my sentiment was selectively stamped using Balloons and Banners.  To add to the elegance, I white heat embossed the flowers from Floral Bouquet using the emboss resist technique and die cut using the coordinating Floral Bouquet Elle-ments.  A few white gems were added for that added sparkle.

Big Birthday Week Card & Video - Day 2

July 31, 2018

Hello friends,
Katie here with a card and a video to share with you today featuring the Big Birthday Clear Stamps and the Focal Point Stripes Elle-ments die.

I used wire snips to separate the inner stripes of the Focal Point Stripes die from the outer rectangle and die cut a card panel using the stripes portion of the die to create a shaker window.  I stamped the sentiment at the top of the card and added lots of Avery Elle's Coarse Glitter and other shiny things to the shaker pocket.

A few yellow sequins transformed the stripes into birthday candles and a bit of Hemp Twine adds a finishing touch.

I hope you'll take a peek at my video to see how it all came together.

Thanks for stopping by!

Big Birthday Week - Day 1

July 30, 2018

Hey there, Caryn here with a card featuring the Big Birthday stamp set paired together with the large bloom stamp from Magnolia and the Hatch Match Elle-ments.

I started with a magenta pink card base so that my I had a frame to pop the die cut background panel gainst.  I love the subtle texture you get with this die.

Nest I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from Big Birthday in Fog dye ink over the top half of the panel and then stamped and coloured the flower using Fog dye ink and Clean Colour Brush markers.

To finish I added a light shimmer spray and a few enamel dots.

Hi Everyone! Ashley here today sharing Peek-a-Boo Pals!

I started my card by stamping a few of the adorable animals from Peek-a-Boo Pals. It was so nice to have the coordinating dies to cut out all of the tiny details! Next I stamped the sentiment from Big Birthday. Stamping this set with my Misty made is so easy and it turned out perfect!

I cut slits in my card to tuck the animals in to. I popped them up just a little with some foam tape. I finished the card with a scrap piece of paper I blended with Distress Oxides.

Painted Backdrops Week - Day 3

June 6, 2018

Hello!  Amy here sharing a CAS rainbow-tastic card!  Anyone else like a clean and simple card?  Add in a rainbow?  Yes, please!

My card uses the new Painted Backdrops to create my focal point.  Using a Misti and Distress Markers in rainbow fashion, I brushed color over the stripes.

Tip:  Brush all the colors on the stamp, mist with water, and stamp!  No need to do one color at a time!  Easy peasy!

To finish with a sentiment, I stamped OH HAPPY DAY from Big Birthday in New Moon Pigment Ink and die cut with the Focal Point Stripes Elle-ments.  The panel was adhered  with foam adhesive and some black enamel dots were added.

Hummingbird Week - Day 4

May 24, 2018

Hi Friends! Ashley here today sharing the super pretty Hummingbirds stamp set!

I can't get enough of the liquid water colors so I started by embossing several images from the Hummingbirds stamp set. Next I just played with the water colors and the images, blending several of the colors on the bird and flower.

I love the big sentiments in this release so I decided to stamp the big "happy" and "birthday" from Big Birthday I finished the card with a little more water coloring and twine.
