Jawsome Wishes Week - Day 1

July 11, 2022

Hi there!

Elena here, with a card featuring Jawsome Wishes:

I love this shark, so happy to celebrate his own birthday! haha! The hooray sign is my fave. I couldn't help but bring in the cliffs from Underwater Background Builder - it totally built the scene for me! I also brought in the little fish from Underwater Friends. They look like they don't know what to do with this huge shark.

I colored the cliffs using brown copic markers, and then used a blue ink to color the water in between, smudging it onto the cliffs to give them a dark blue shadow.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Underwater Background Builder Week - Day 5

April 30, 2021

Hi Everyone! Today I'm sharing Underground Background Builder. Let's check it out...

This is such a fun builder set and matches perfectly with Underwater Friends. I stamped the reef walls and added a few plants and fish from both sets. Fish were stamped the the background and the card was finished with a sentiment. It was fun playing with the depth, having fish swim amongst all of the scenery.

Thanks for stopping by!

Underwater Background Builder Week - Day 2

April 27, 2021

Hi all! It's Deasy here. Today I want to share my card for Avery Elle featuring Underwater Background Builder. I love this stamp set because it's so pretty and perfect for gorgeous underwater scene!

Avery Elle supply that I'm using :
Underwater Background Builder Clear Stamps for the images and the sentiment
Underwater Background Builder
Elle-ments to die cut the images
Underwater Friends Clear Stamps for the images
Underwater Friends Elle-ments to die cut the images

I stamp, color the images using copic then die cut it. The sentiment is from white embossing powder. To color the background, I'm using dye ink pad with blending tool then splash water with a brush. For the embellishment, I add some clear droplets and clear sequins.

Thank you so much for stopping by and happy crafting!

Hugs,

Melania Deasy

Underwater Background Builder Week - Day 1

April 26, 2021

Hi there!

Elena here, with a closer look at Underwater Background Builder, a scene-building stamp set from our current release.

I couldn't help but bring in friends from the other ocean set, Underwater Friends. They work so well together! I colored the mermaid and her fish friend in honor of Ariel and Flounder! I think they are adorable. I really wanted them to stand out, so I colored the cliffs in more muted colors. Underwater Background Builder comes with matching dies, but I opted not to use them on this card. I stamped the cliffs and filled in the space in between with extra rocks and sand. I just love the effect! It's like something out of a story book.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

Underwater Friends Week - Day 5

February 26, 2021

Hello everyone! Heather here.

Today I'm sharing a card using the new Underwater Friends stamp set.

To create my card, I first created a watercolored background and die cut using my Double Pierced Rectangles die to add some detail. Something about the sea always makes me breakout my watercolors!

Then, I stamped and colored in all of the images, die cut them out and popped them up on dimensional foam. Finally I added gel pen accent and a heat embossed sentiment.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!

Underwater Friends Week - Day 4

February 25, 2021

Hi Everyone! Ashley here, sharing Underwater Friends. This set has so many images that are packed full of fun! Let's take a look...

I started by stamping, die cutting and coloring several images from the Underwater Friends stamp set. I even die cut some of the seaweed from felt! Next, I used the Underwater Background Builder dies to mask and ink the background. Do you also see the little fish on the pink side panel? I finished the card with a sentiment from the set and added a little detail with the Wonky Stitches Die.

Underwater Friends Week - Day 1

February 22, 2021

Hello there.  Caryn here today sharing a couple of cards and a wee video featuring the cute-as-can-be stamp set Underwater Friends.  I love to reach for the Waves die whenever I make a sea themed card - it makes the perfect backdrop!

I ended up making two cards along a similar vein and both used the die cut of the Waves die as a stencil to create a watery ink-blended background.  Before removing the stencil I spritzed with a little white paint to give the illusion of bubbles and set them aside to dry.

Meanwhile I stamped and die cut my images.  I coloured with Copics and then fixed them to my card front.

I added some glittery highlights to the images and finished with a simple sentiment in black
