Hand Drawn Florals Week - Day 4

May 3, 2018

Hi Everyone! Ashley here today sharing the beautiful Hand Drawn Florals stamp set! This set is gorgeous and so fun to watercolor. Let's get started, shall we?

To start my card I heat embossed several images from Hand Drawn Florals and die cut them. I had so much fun water coloring them and blending colors together.

Next, I splashed a few drops of water color on the back panel and layered my floral images. Finally I stamped the sentiment and added some twine.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hand Drawn Florals Week - Day 3

May 2, 2018

Hello!  Amy Kolling here with a card using the gorgeous Hand Drawn Florals stamps and coordinating Hand Drawn Florals Elle-ments.  Spring is finally here so it was fun to color these up in some of the colors I've been seeing in the past week!

Hand Drawn Florals

After black heat embossing with Avery Elle Black Fine Detail Embossing Powder onto Bristol Smooth cardstock, I colored my images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and blended with a water brush.  I just love how vibrant these markers are!  Once dry, the images were die cut using the Hand Drawn Florals Elle-ments.  I arranged my florals onto a die cut Diagonal Stripes Elle-ments panel in white cardstock with the middle rectangle added with foam adhesive.  A simple die cut sentiment 'Hello' (from Diagonal Stripes Elle-ments) done in black cardstock.

Hand Drawn Florals Week - Day 2 & Video

May 1, 2018

Hello friends,

Katie here with a video to share with you today featuring Avery Elle's new liquid watercolors and the beautiful Hand Drawn Florals stamp set.

I embossed the floral images with Avery Elle's Silver Fine Embossing Power onto a panel of watercolor card stock.  I painted each image with plain water and then added touches of the liquid watercolors letting the water and the watercolors do most of the work.

Once the images were colored, I die cut them with the coordinating Elle-ments dies and adhered them along the edge of the Pierced Mat Elle-ments panel.  I stamped the sentiment in Fog dye ink and added a few clean gem drops as a finishing touch.

I hope you'll take a peek at the video to see how my card came together.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great day!

Hand Drawn Florals Week - Day 1

April 30, 2018

Hey, it's Caryn here sharing a card using the very pretty and versatile Hand Drawn Florals stamp set.  I love the whimsical feel of the flowers and they are so fun to colour.  Today I've used the Sapphire and Mint to Be liquid watercolours mixed with some subtle shimmer and a few Nuvo drops here and there for added bling.

I started with a stone coloured card base and added a white die cut using Horizontal Stripes (my favourite!).  I stamped the flowers using Versamark ink onto the textured side (just for a change) of some Tim Holtz watercolour cardstock and heat embossed them with Avery Elle Silver embossing powder I painted them with the watercolours and then decided to fussy cut them instead of die cut them with the dies.

I then simply arranged the flowers how I wanted them to the card front and finished with a sentiment from the Floral Bouquet set and a few clear sequins.

Loads Of Wishes Week - Day 4

March 29, 2018

Hello everyone!  It's Heather here.

It's Loads of Wishes week and don't you just love a beautiful sentiment set?!?!  This one is stunning and I know will be a perfect set for my crafty stash.

For my card, I paired a heat embossed sentiment with flowers from Handrawn Florals Clear Stamps (ALSO THUD, THAT SET IS GORGEOUS!!!) and a Chevron Mat die.

To give the florals color, I stamped and heat embossed the images on vellum and then on the reverse side colored with my copics to create a very soft coloring.  Definitely try this technique - it's so fun!
Thank you so much for stopping by and sharing part of your day with me.
Have a wonderful day!

Loads Of Wishes Week - Day 3

March 28, 2018

Hello friends,

Katie here with a card featuring just one of the greetings from the Loads of Wishes stamp set.  Loads of Wishes is filled with so many sentiments for every occasion!  The set features beautiful styling and fonts that take the guess-work out of designing the perfect sentiment.

For my card, I paired Loads of Wishes with the new Hand Drawn Florals stamp set.  I stamped the floral images with Versafine ink and heat embossed them with Avery Elle's Clear Embossing powder.  I colored the images with Copic markers and arranged them on a panel of patterned paper from the Sorbet Collection patterned paper pad.

I heat embossed the "hello" sentiment with Avery Elle's white embossing powder onto a strip of black card stock and adhered it to the panel.  I attached the completed panel to a black note card and added a few clear gems as a finishing touch.
