Sáenz de Oíza citando a García Lorca decía que el 

esfuerzo, la técnica y el oficio son las tres premisas 

que requieren el oficio de arquitecto (o de cualquier 

artista). Al visitar este edificio el verano pasado noté 

que los tres estaban presentes.
