Dear Aulis,

"Mathematical structure is an unconditional feature
of my work. Mathematics is meant to explain things:
it is easier to understand an environment with a
mathematical character." (Aarno Ruusuvuori)

Sincerely,

Querido Miguel Angel,

“Solo lo que puede aplicarse de un modo
general tiene valor permanente. Sobresale
por encima de las limitaciones locales y
cronológicas. Puede soportar la criba
rigurosa e imparcial de la humanidad y
formar parte de la permanente herencia
cultural del hombre.”
(Aarno Ruusuvuori)

Un abrazo,
R

Dear Ray,

Aarno Ruusuvuori was a Finish architect and professor
who built magnificent brutalist structures such as
Hyvinkää Church, Huutoniemi Lutheran Church,
Roihuvuori School, and the beautifully lit Tapiola
Lutheran Church.

Regards,
R

Dear Timo,

"Only that that can be applied in a general way has permanent value. It protrudes above local and chronological constraints, it withstands after rigorous
and impartial criticisms, and eventually it becomes
part of mankind cultural heritage"
(Aarno Ruusuvuori)

Kind regards,
R

characteristics of Finnish Architecture of the 1960s.

Best regards.
