Chris Klein Stays Put

How did I miss this - Chris Klein, he of - American Pie / Katie Holmes ex- fame has been in rehab for the past month!  He checked in June 21 shortly after his second DUI arrest June 16 (his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit of .08).  I'm thinking that once he saw his audition for Mama Mia he realised things were gravely amiss.
It turns out that Chris has decided to extend his stay.  Looks like he's fully committed to recovery which is great.  Good luck Chris.

"Chris Klein ('American Pie') was arrested early yesterday on suspicion of drunken driving after he was spotted weaving across lanes on Highway 101 in Southern California.
Klein was pulled over while driving through Sherman Oaks, the California Highway Patrol said in a statement. CHP Officer Patrick Kimball said Klein was booked and released on his own recognizance.
TMZ.com says he blew three times the legal limit.
This is not Klein's first brush with the breathalyzer. He was fined $1,800 and ordered to perform 150 hours of community service in 2005, after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor drunken-driving charge in San Diego.
According to TMZ. com, because Klein has a prior DUI conviction, if he's convicted again he must serve a minimum of four days in jail, according to Cali law."

It's all gone wrong for p00r Chris. Have you actually seen him since American Pie, oh that's right, last time we saw him he was dumped by katie Holmes. So not only is his love life no good, his career is going nowhere and he has a doppelganger that is much more successful than he. (cue: Finn from Glee)

I am a little confused.....

OK, so I'm watching a movie, Leelee Soebiski, (whose real name is Liliane Rudabet Gloria Elsveta Sobieski- as i have just found out) has to choose between Josh Hartnett and Chris Klein. Now I must say I have never been a fan of the Klein, however I found myself surprisingly attracted to him in this film. This shocked and surprised me as I am really much more of a Hartnett kind of chick. See example below, not too dusty right?!




So I am wondering if the sudden Klein appeal has been influenced by all things GLEE. Check out the uncanny likeness between the KLein and the Finnster. Now I'm a Puck girl all the way when it comes to GLEE, but my fondness for everything GLEE has softened my feelings toward even likenesses of a GLEE member. It's the only explanation I have! Anyway, who would you have chosen, a Katie Holmes reject or the playboy Hartnett?
