I took some ideas from an history book of ancient art, some were altered such as the long necked creature.

Separated [IF] and Shape Art
The Illustration Friday challenge is 'separated'
These are separated by an arm's length.
A double challenge as I used a coaster as a shape challenge.
More shape challenges below...
A wheel like shape and triangular shape. I used a rolling stamp for the background.
This one looks like the letter J but was in fact a plastic hook from something I was throwing out.
This shape reminded me of a door, it was a piece of cardboard with a hole in, but I can't remember what it was from.

More Sketchbook Doodles and Texture Plate
More doodles from sketchbook 14
The two above were drawn with pens and brush pens, for the one below I used paints as well. I also used a wallpaper texture plate to print to start with. [blue paint]
To make a texture plate simply glue a piece of textured wallpaper to board as shown below. Apply paint and then put your paper on top and press down with a roller to transfer the design.
This is a print from the texture plate

People Book [60] the last page
My book is all done, complete, finished [unless of course I had more at a later date, but for now it is done] and I finish with skeletons. I may cover it.... Altered book, found images, collage. The 4 similar skeletons were a stamp that I made from fun foam and I dressed the three on the right with clothes from a shop catalogue.

People Book [53]
Altered book [to practice people drawing except there aren't any on this page!], collage with found images.
I've also added another new page to my blog [did you know you can have more than one page on a blog?]
I thought I would add a new page for all the 'Mythical Mail Book' posts, see top right
