Birds
I drew the birds for a project I am working on, you'll see it sometime in the future hopefully. I thought it would be interesting to keep the birds black and white and use some of my phots for the backgrounds.

Pen Doodle which I didn't like so I altered it in Photoshop
The pens were a gift and I was trying them out, but I didn't know what to draw.

I used neural filters

Drawing and Sewing

Doodles created on my android tablet, then made into a repeating pattern on the computer.

Another background created on the tablet, then adding spiderweb like patterns

Other android tablet doodles

Some more handmade masks, one is vintage fabric, one is recycled jeans and the one with ladybirds is one of my fabric designs. I've been trying out another dress pattern this week, it fits better than the last one but still not right even though I made some adjustments.

Birds and Mushroom Sketch

This is an ink drawing I did recently in one of my larger sketchbooks [16"x 11"]

I altered the threshold in photoshop on the picture above to make the lines a bit clearer.

Caterpillar Magazine and Sketchbook Pages

I've got a couple of my little illustrations as part of a collage in 'the caterpillar', a magazine for children. My drawings are the bird writing and the plug/socket. Visit their website here

Doodles in my sketchbook.
I recycled some washi tape [stuck on with glue stick], the lines were made with aquamarkers and water.

Aquamarkers, brusho and metallic posca pens
My friend had bought a silhouette cutting machine and she gave me a demonstration by cutting out the pink buttons. I don't like what I have done with them but the buttons are nice.
The page below shows what I did with the off cuts [the pink bits] from the buttons. There were also lots of dots......

The Other Reef

This is a new swatch from Spoonflower featuring the design I entered for a contest, I didn't win. The fabric is silky faille and I love how it has printed.

Faces - liner pen, promarker pens, watercolours, white pen

I don't like the leafy bits on this one, I used a pen liner, promarker pens, watercolours and collage [the flower was a found image]

Sketchbook 30 [Pages 47-57]

Brusho inks and pen

Wax crayons, collage, brusho inks, pen

Watercolours, collage, pen

Collage, pen, watercolours. I could see a creature in this so I added a few lines digitally to show you. A bit like a birds head with a fat beak and feathers out of the back of it's head with a rabbit shaped body and tail.
Is that weird or am I for seeing it?

I can see a bird in this one too [haha]
