The Other Reef

This is a new swatch from Spoonflower featuring the design I entered for a contest, I didn't win. The fabric is silky faille and I love how it has printed.

Which Reef?

There is a design contest coming up on Spoonflower for a fabric design on the Great Barrier Reef. I've done two possibilities but which one shall I enter, the more realistic one or the doodley one, although they are both quite busy.

Safari & Octogirlie

Above is 'Safari' for the Illustration Friday challenge this week.
Mixed Media/Collage - I made some stamps from found objects, the text is a purchased stamp, dyes, acrylics; the giraffes are made from a stamped inkjet print I put together, acrylics, pen liner
