IF - Ink

Illustration Friday Challenge - Ink
I used parallel pens with ink.
Can you tell where I got the inspiration?

This is a swatch for my 2016 calendar t-towel.

Passion

This is for the Illustration Friday challenge - passion. It's been a while since I last entered. The background is one of the gelli prints I did last week. The heart is from a card I did, it's textured with gold stitching around the edge [which you cannot see now unless you look very closely]. The fish were drawn on my tablet.

I created this digital collage for the Illustration Friday challenge - Identical.
I used the watercolour paintings and paper collages below.
The girls head was made from a tag.

Envelopes and IF [suspense]

I created this envelope on the computer using a free label from here and doing a few alterations such as space for a stamp. I printed it and made it into an envelope. The envelope below was already a cute little square brown envelope. For this one I used a purchased stamp to decorate around the edges.

Illustration Friday's challenge this week is 'suspense'. I used this drawing from my sketchbook of a giant prawn and a man on a beach. Are the tables turned? Will the prawn eat the man instead of the other way round?

Moo [TAW] and Twirl [IF]

Take a word challenge - Moo. I've not done a 'moo' before, I thought it was something to do with a cow but evidently not. It is a little card which measures 1.10 x 2.80 inches. The skirt, legs and blouse are from a vintage sewing book I have, the arm[s] was from artchive.com, the head and the background were from Karen Whimsy
Illustration Friday challenge - Twirl

The original shown below was a brush pen doodle which I altered in Paint.net for the twirl challenge.
