PAWS-ITIVELY GOOD ATTENDANCE

This in our current ATTENDANCE CHARTS!!  

The KIDDOS are adding dog themed stickers to their Attendance Charts.  I purchased the stickers at our local Dollar Tree.

I bought the dog bowl at the Dollar Tree.  It was easy to cut in half and add a sheet of cardstock to it...then attaching it to the bulletin board became super easy.  

The KIDDOS attendance charts are printed from my computer.  I used a clipart picture that filled the purpose.  

The Dog House and Dog, Paw Prints and Dog Bones are also clipart.  I just printed them in color, laminated them and put them on the board. 

I love to have "unique" Attendance Boards.  I want them to be fun, encouraging, and exciting.  I think this one filled all of those!!  

Hope you are encouraged to come up with fun and inviting ATTENDANCE boards.  Sometimes the best ideas come when just strolling through your local DOLLAR TREE, DOLLAR GENERAL, SCHOOL SUPPLY STORE, ETC.

Attendance Chart "OUT OF THIS WORLD!"

I am always looking for fun ways to encourage Bible Class Attendance.....I Like to use ATTENDANCE CHARTS that are FUN and EXCITING....Recently, the KIDDOS added Space Ships, Rockets, Planets and Stars to their ATTENDANCE CHARTS....Because, their ATTENDANCE was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!  The BOYS seemed very excited about this attendance chart.   Remember, Attendance Charts Do NOT have to be BORING....they are supposed to be encouraging and exciting!!!

OUR BIBLE KNOWLEDGE IS SOARING!!!

I LOVE the Hot Air Balloons!!  The KIDDOS love the Hot Air Balloons!!    The KIDDOS add a new HOT AIR BALLOON STICKER each time they come to Bible Class.  This is a FUN Attendance Chart for Spring/Summer.   

I like to change out Attendance Charts with the Change of a Quarter.....However, sometimes, we are able to use the same charts for 2 quarters.  We are hopeful we will be able to make use of 

this one for two quarters.

We Want To Get "CAUGHT" In Bible Class!! Attendance Charts

As, I said in my previous POST, a NEW QUARTER brings NEW CHANGES.  My KIDDOS will be learning about the Life of CHRIST over the next several months.  It will take us more than a quarter to get though all the lessons I want to teach....so, we will take our time.  However, with that being said, I wanted to share with you THIS quarters Attendance Chart!!!  They are LITTLE EXPLORERS in a BOAT!!!   They have a fishing pole and a hook.  ( I lovingly made each of those "fish hooks" from aluminum foil!!!)  The KIDDOS will add a FISH Sticker each time they come to Bible Class.  I love using Attendance Charts like this....they can be used for Sunday AM and Wednesday PM classes.  We use bigger fish stickers on Sunday and the smaller fish stickers on Wednesday.    I am happy that this goes along with the Explorer Theme and the Life of CHRIST Theme!!!!    Remember, we are to be FISHERS of MEN.

RACEWAY ATTENDANCE CHART AND BULLETIN BOARD

 Our NEW SPRING ATTENDANCE CHARTS!

I am excited to share our NEW ATTENDANCE CHARTS with you. I decided to do a RACE TRACK Theme.  

I titled the Attendance Chart Board, "STAY ON THE RIGHT TRACK, ATTEND BIBLE CLASS!!"

I bought this bulletin board set at our local Mardel.  I printed the  Title Cards.  The Flags are actually the border trim that came with the bulletin board set....I just cut one piece into small flag sizes and stapled them up.  I think it worked out fine.  

I liked the way it turned out...but, I though it needed something....so, off to the Dollar Tree I went.    I found these little "hot wheel" style cars and knew they were what the Bulletin Board Needed!!!  

I used little pieces of Command Hook.  I cut them into very small squares...and attached the Command Hook to the wheels of the car.    Then I stuck them to the TRACK!!  I LOVE how it turned out!!!  It was just what the Bulletin Board was needing!!!

The Kiddos will be sticking CAR STICKERS to the TRACK and the smaller stickers to the Center of the TRACK.   

However, I thought we might need a little MORE....So, when I was at the Dollar Tree I picked up these items.    The KIDDOS will get to stick on a 3D car every few weeks and then at the end of the quarter we will stick the TROPHY CUP to the MIDDLE of their TRACK...right next to their name!!

I hope the KIDDOS enjoy their new Attendance Charts!!

WINTER ATTENDANCE CHARTS "Snow Glad You Are Here!"

Now that WINTER is officially upon us, I wanted out ATTENDANCE Charts to reflect this time of year.    I decided to go with SNOW GLOBES.  

I reused the blue background paper from the past quarter...I changed out the border to a fun RED and WHITE Polka Dots!!  I love the contrast!!

I printed and laminated the words, "SNOW GLAD YOU ARE HERE!"  then added them to the board. Then added on a BUNCH of snowflakes!!!  I had these snowflakes in my supplies.  I had purchased them several years ago...I bought them at Hobby Lobby on clearance.  I love it when they put stuff on 90% off!!  Then I used my clipart program and printed out the snow globes.  I added pictures to my regular attendees....however, we plan on moving up a few more...so, I went ahead and printed out a few extra to be prepared.  

The final touch was to add the large snowflakes around the border!!  I LOVE how this turned out.  We have an idea to make these snow globes a little more "special" at the end of the quarter.  I will post pictures when we do.

"POP" On In To Bible Class Attendance Charts

New Attendance Charts---The KIDDOS will be able to "POP" on in to Bible Class for the NEXT Quarter.      I thought this would be a FUN way to track the KIDDOS attendance.  

I made the KIDDOS POP CORN containers on my computer.  I printed them and then glued them to a back board...I wanted them to be 3D so I gave them a bit of a POP...that way they appear to be rising off the back boards.  

I bought the sticker...although they were NOT stickers when I bought them.  I had to run them through my sticker making machine.  

I bought this cutout set at our local Mardel.

I LOVE the way these colors POP!!!  I think this will be an EXCITING way to TRACK the KIDDOS attendance.  

Oh, BTW...the POP CORN stickers are stored in the POP CORN bag hanging to the right of the bulletin board.  :-)

SPRING ATTENDANCE CHARTS!!

I am really PLEASED with our NEW Attendance Charts.

After all, IT'S TWEET TO BE IN BIBLE CLASS!!!

This is how it ALL came together.  

First, I knew we were needing a NEW Attendance board....after all, it is a NEW QUARTER!!!  I LOVE the beginning of NEW QUARTERS!!!!   There is always a bit of rejuvenation, excitement and changes!!  But, that being said, I really was NOT sure WHAT I was going to do for Attendance Charts....I thought about a few ideas...but, nothing was really getting me excited....then, on a Saturday Evening, my nine year old son and I were out and about and I had to run into Dollar Tree.  I want you all to know....I was NOT necessarily LOOKING for Bible Class Materials....I was on a mission to buy my 9 year old son some BOY SMELLING SHAMPOO and SHOWER SOAP.

After finding the SOAP and SHAMPOO and making my son really happy, I decided to just BROWSE around.  After all, we were not in a BIG hurry.  So, as I wandered around the store, I happened to find these SWEET, ADORABLE and REALLY CUTE Bird Houses....HUM.  The first thing that POPPED into my head, "It's TWEET To Be In Bible Class!!"  I was so excited---I NEARLY did my happy squeal....but, did not want to embarrass my 9 year old, so I refrained.    My son was pleased with my ability to practice SELF-CONTROL!  :-)    I loaded up with BIRDHOUSES....making sure to get ones with PINK birds for the GIRLS and BLUE birds for the BOYS.  

Now, the process of putting them together....fairly easy.  My co-teacher was a great help in this endeavor.    We wanted them to all LOOK a bit different...so, we mixed and matched the walls, roofs, etc.  I am really please with how they turned out!!

I am sure you saw that the birdhouses came with a flower or "welcome" sign.  We did NOT let those go to waste....I just added them to the flowers that we will be adding to the Bulletin Board/Attendance Board!  

We did glue each birdhouse to a piece of cardstock...I chose BRIGHT colored cardstock...impart because I have an abundance of BRIGHT colored cardstock and because I thought it would make the Bulletin Board have a bit more POP!!  

This is the Bulletin Board/Attendance Board in Progress.  We have the border up...(I bought that Teal Gingham Checked Boarder Trim at the Dollar Tree!!!) 

I had the bigger flowers we just added the 3D pieces to them...I used the "EXTRA" pieces that came with the Birdhouses and a few of the flowers, I just cut out and layered.   

Don't you think these Bird houses are super CUTE!!

They are so BRIGHT and COLORFUL...they have really brought a bit of SPRINGTIME into our CLASSROOM!!

The Bulletin Board/Attendance Board is nearly done....I just have a few more things to ADD...Can you guess what it might be?  

If you said, "BIRDS" you are right!!!  I found these little birds at Mardel...they were 50% off!!!  I think they help give a FINISHED look to the BOARD.    By the way, can you see the bird sticker already on one of the ATTENDANCE CHARTS....I had forgotten to take a "FINISHED" pic...I remembered AFTER this mornings class....All the other KIDDOS stuck their FIRST BIRD sticker to their BIRDHOUSE....but, one of my sweet little KIDDOS stuck it to the "Back Board" of their Birdhouse...I hope these FILL up with BIRD STICKERS!!!
