Smile! It's Monday! It's also time for a new challenge at The Path of Positivity Challenge Blog. This month's alternate color theme "neutrals". We have 2 sponsors this month: Mari Digis, and A Day for Daisies.
For today's post, I'm showcasing a digi from Mari Digis, B99, Inspired by Jane Austin:
I colored this image using Copic markers and concentrating on neutral colors. The papers came in a card kit, so I don't know who they're by. I used Spellbinders dies to cut her out and back her. The gold foil paper is from Close To My Heart. The sentiment is from Craftin' Desert Divas. I used a card sketch from this week's challenge at The Outlawz Wednesday Challenge.
The challenges at The Path of Positivity run for a month. You have until July 2 to link up with your optional "neutral" projects, or link up any positive themed project you'd like. I'd love to see your creations!
I'd like to enter this in the following challenges:
Mari's Digis Challenge Blog -- ATG with a Maris Digi
D.L. Art -- June Linky Party
Outlawz Wednesday Sketch Challenge -- Week of May 30
IDCB -- ATG
Challenge Up Your Life -- Gold
I have this blog as a place to share my creative self -- be it card making, music playing, scrapbooking, altered art, home decor, or whatever direction my art takes me. My dogs are always a part of my home life, so they have to be a part of my blog, too.

Happy Howl-idays! for the 12 Months of Christmas Link Up
It's February, it's February! It's already February! How did THAT happen?!? These months go so fast!
February first means it's time for a new challenge at the 12 Months of Christmas Link Up, where this month's optional theme is, Make a (Christmas) Card for a Loved One. Our guest sponsor this month is Mari's Digis. As always, you have a chance to win wonderful papers by linking up 2 Christmas cards, designed by Decosse's Dynamite Doodles.
Two of my best 2-legged friends won't be without at least one 4-legged friend in their house. This card is for one of them for Christmas next year:
This is B62, Christmas Song, colored with Copic markers, using colors that will match Decosse's Dynamite Doodles Winter World of Love papers.
The dies are from Die-namics. The snowflake stickers are from Paper Wishes. The sentiment was computer generated.
I hope you join us this month at The 12 Months of Christmas Link Up. It's such a great way to get a jump start on Christmas cards, and we've got wonderful prizes! You've got until Feb 28. Get creating!

Peace on Earth -- for the 12 Months of Christmas Link Up
It's another new month, and it's another new challenge at The 12 Months of Christmas Link Up. It's never too early to start on those 2017 Christmas cards, so come link up with us! This month, the optional theme is "Cute Christmas", so just about any card will fit that theme.
Our guest sponsor this month is Mari's Digis, and the wonderful digi papers were created by Decosse's Dynamite Doodles. Here's what I created for the challenge:
I colored the Mari's Digi image B63 with Comic markers. I used a die from Lawn Fawn to back the image, then attached it to 3 papers from Decosse's Dynamite Doodle's Cute Christmas digital papers set.

I Love, Love, Love You -- for Path of Positivity
It's time for some mid-month inspiration over on the Path of Positivity Challenge blog, and we have a new sponsor that was so fun to work with! For this challenge, I used an image from Mari Digis. The Path of Positivity challenge theme this month is: An Expression of Love. It is optional. Link up any inspirational project you'd like.
This digi is called Casal Kiss. I used this as my husband's Valentine's Day card. He wondered if we ever looked that young? We are both bald now (me from chemo, he from aging), so we certainly have changed!
I colored Casal Kiss with Copic markers, then used dies from Top Dog dies to complete the card. The sentiment is from Spellbinders. The bow, not used on an earlier project, was sitting on my desk.
I hope you join us at the Path of Positivity Challenge blog this month -- there's still time as our challenge runs until March 5. Use the optional An Expression of Love theme to be eligible for the prizes from this month's sponsors.
