I LOVE the New Challenge at Cameo Creations!

There's a new challenge starting today at the Cameo Creations Challenge blog, and it's one I really enjoy.  The challenge is to use patterned papers.  I love to use a variety of different patterned papers, so this one was really fun for me!

This hot air balloon shaped card is a cut file from The Cutting Café. I cut it out on my Silhouette Cameo, of course! All the patterned papers are from My Mind's Eye -- the Stella & Rose collection.  The sentiment is a Close To My Heart stamp set.
I hope you enjoy this pattern-filled project.  Make one of your own, and join us at Cameo Creations Challenges!  You have two weeks. Scraptastical Kreations is furnishing the prize -- a $20 gift certificate!
Design team members have some great projects to inspire you on the Cameo Creations Challenge blog, so check them all out!

Two Shade of Blue -- for Cameo Creations Challenges

If you are looking for the 3 Girl JAM post, please click here!

It's time for another challenge on the Cameo Creations Challenge blog.  This time, it's a 2 shades of blue challenge.  Since I love blue, it was a perfect challenge for me!

I used a piece of Echo Park Wintertime double sided cardstock for my 2 shades of blue.  The card is a file from the Silhouette store. The sun is a digi stamp from Get Inky stamps that I colored with Copic markers. The sentiment is from the Joy's Life stamp set, "Pun in the Sun".  That's it for me, I'd love to see your two shades of blue project!

Cameo Creations 4th of July Challenge

Hello, everyone! Today's my first design team project for Cameo Creations Challenge blog! I'm determined to learn everything I can about this incredible machine, and what better way to do it than by working with the super talented ladies on the Cameo Creations design team? The challenge for the next two weeks is a patriotic one.

I wanted patriotic AND 3D, so here's what I came up with:

I found the star box cutting file in the Silhouette online store.  If you'd like to try it, you can find it here. I used My Mind's Eye American Made 12x12 papers on the box.  It was then stamped with a variety of Unity star shaped stamps from various stamp of the month kits. The layered star flower, also from the Silhouette online store, was cut out using Echo Park wintertime cardstock. Rhinestone bling, and 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon in red, from the brand new red, white, and blue bundle finishes off the project.

That's it today for me.  Now it's your turn! Join us with your 4th of July projects. You have two weeks!
