This book is for my collection of paper cuts. These were mainly designed on my tablet, transferred to the computer, then brought into 'Make the Cut' as a pixel trace and then cut with my cutting machine. The machine is a KNK Zing Air. I've used a variety of papers and card.

This book is for my collection of paper cuts. These were mainly designed on my tablet, transferred to the computer, then brought into 'Make the Cut' as a pixel trace and then cut with my cutting machine. The machine is a KNK Zing Air. I've used a variety of papers, cards and fabric.

Mermaid and Fish Collage

The top half of the mermaid was a found image from a magazine, the fish I made from papers, then coloured and decorated.  For the remainder - background, mermaids tail I used aquamarkers [and water], posca pens, metallic posca pens.

Scrappy Book

I've made another collaged paper book using art work, found papers, bought papers, printed art work, maps, music, etc. The insides are shown below in it's empty stage. I have since put in bits & bobs which I will post another day. I'm calling the book - Scrappy Book [or if you don't like it S-crappy book]

Swatch house & tree

The house & tree are inkjet prints on paper. The paper was probably a test print, printed when my printer was misbehaving and I recycled it for this picture. The shapes were cut out & machine stitched.
