Remnants are scrap monuments from ancient times, mostly prehuman times when men were wild animals. Sprinkling these around can give clues about ancient civilizations in the area, That stone wall in the store with funny writing is actually a talking point and good for dropping clues about the area. I like to make it obvious the local planetary crust is thick with dungeons.

I"m running shadows of yog sothoth - the first COC campaign running 2nd ed play tempting them with other crossovers and scenarios - about 8th or 9th game with one original character left only just getting spells that you might actually bother with not out of necessity - not that great one has 35% mythos most of rest have 12 or less). They utterly failed first 3&1/2 adventures from cowardice and just fleeing. Only now stalking cultists.

temporarily psychic character travelling through scotland had dreams passing three towns. Now in Scotland area again may well massacre a few extra towns. Having crossovers with Ship adventure from Asylum and possible links to the brotherhood of the beast - all stuff in first few products. So lots of tempting tangents and characters getting own hints and leads. One guy from Kingsport getting confirmations of research in his vivid dreams of being a sword wielding fantasy hero.

So my cthulhu party now have over a dozen mythos books, at least six+ allies, guns from the future and serpent man death rays. Decided to return to scotland to massacre the cult they escaped a few months back. Tried to summon a byakhee which didn't work so well but they destroyed it in hail of automatic weapon fire.

Met 3 scholars fleeing the mythos
Had a vision of cthulhu in a ceremony
Met guy who didn't know this Cthulhu guy was real until 32% Mythos skill doh!
Saved him from suicide by Psychiatrist staying up all night with him

Drowned a sailor cultist
Got girlfriends
Abused cocaine and alcohol lots
Possible marriage for once brush salesman - now saner and richer since started
Danced and read cult books
Learned the Voorish sign

Arrived in london now plotting their next murder spree and bought land with boston to england gate on both sides. Plan on sending donkey through with guns and booze. Will need agents each side of the gate. On USA side farm also used for target practice and summonings. Talking about setting up a base and making a gate.

Loot Jazz Age Style

Im a huge 20s and 30s fan and enjoy silent film. I have run Cthulhu, Gang Busters and my Cthulhu Metropolis and pulp games set in the era so here are some treasure tables.

This is one of my Louise Brooks things I've used on murals and design for years. She is one of my heroes. I find writing easier and lazier but i have foolishly started carving up building foam Ive been stealing from a building site dumpster. 10cm inch thick and meters long so im making up some roadwar terrain but if I get a foam cutter I could be really dumb and carve out a dungeon for a con or make some buildings for marvel. So might slip into art again. I prefer to have a basic income covered as a artist for hire then I can say no easier. The city I in now has a superficial love of arts and tends to rob artists at the same time. Started my course this week to.

Yep im full post apocalypse again. New osprey car game release has lots interested again. I've contacted a artist id like to lease from - James Flaxman who has right mix of realism, gloom and humour Id like. So roadwar book back on agenda. Have a backlog of must do for setting to. This could be used for gamma Oz too but that would have more country stores run by kindly old koalas wearing suspenders and akubra hats. Gamma Oz less depressing and miserable while murder highway dials pain and suffering up to 11 then hads a chuckle.
