Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge #7 Anything Goes with Optional Theme of Elves

Good morning and welcome to my DT post for the new challenge from Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge. This month our challenge is, as always, anything fantasy goes, but the optional theme (for extra bragging rights) is to use elves on your card or project.

For my card, I went for these cute baking elves, Sugar and Spice from Sweet November Stamps, showing each stage of the baking process before the cute elf at the end gets to eat her little gingerbread person. I didn't want to use traditional colours and went for this blue, pink and grey combo and I quite like how it came out.

All Things Magical and Mythical #132 Featuring Go With The Flow from Sweet November Stamps

Good morning everyone adn welcome to this week's All Things Magical and Mythical post. This week I have made a very quick mermaid card using one of the many Sweet November Stamps images I coloured up for #mrrmay last month.

This image is one of two in this set and I just love her long flowing hair! Scene It Sunday #191 Featuring Finna & Pearla from Sweet November Stamps

Good morning and welcome to this week's Scene It Sunday post. I can't believe today is the 1st June. Where did May go? I have used these cuties from Sweet November Stamps and the Deep background builder set as well to create this fun scene. I got all the mermaid new releases as digital stamps as I prefer digis to clear stamps for the most part (I do prefer clear stamps for sentiments as I can then stamp them in whatever colour matches the card) as I can resize them and make the scenes much easier than masking and stamping!

Recipe:

Stamps: Finna, Pearla, The Deep Background Builder & Nautalie all from Sweet November Stamps

Papers: Fresh Freesia & Bermuda Bay (Retired) both from Stampin' Up, Make It Colour Blending Card from Make It Crafty

Heart's Quest Fantasy April Challenge & Something Else on Saturday #246 Featuring Lil Gnomie Gnaomi & Gnicholas

Good morning and welcome to my DT post for the Heart's Quest Fantasy Challenge, which I have combined with my usual Something Else on Saturday post. The fantasy focus for the challenge this month is gnomes and with the new release from  Sweet November Stamps of all these cute gnomes, I just had to colour up a scene with them.

I used two of the new gnomes, Gnaomi and Gnicholas and paired them up with some background digis, which are no longer available as digis, just as clear stamps. Isn't this scene just adorable? The bridge and houses in the background worked so well with the gnomes out on their walk!

This card is for

All Things Magical and Mythical #120 Featuring Rainbow Fairy from Sweet November Stamps

Good morning and welcome to this week's All Things Magical and Mythical post. For today's card I have used the latest freebie digi stamp from Sweet November Stamps, which was in last month's newsletter. She's adorable and I went with traditionally bright rainbow colours for her with a touch of black as well.

As she was so bright, I thought I would go for a pastel rainbow colour combo, but I'm not totally convinced it works to be honest! Oh well!

Scene It Sunday #178 Featuring Clara and the Nutcracker from Sweet November Stamps

Good morning adn welcome to todays Something Else on Saturday post. This week I am sharing a card I was asked to make for a 40th birthday with a request for a Nutcracker image to be used as the recipient loves them. This is the only Nutcracker stamp I have and although technically the Nutcracker is a Christmas icon, this still works for a birthday card. Probably should have added some birthday presents in the background though!
