Faery Ink Fable Zombie Witch

Good Morning! Amanda from Faery Ink has joined forces with Betty from Simply B Stamps to bring a fabulous collection of zombie witch images this month and being part of the Faery Ink DT, I got to play along too.

Hallowe'en is my favourite holiday of the year, but it is such a shame that the UK don't celebrate it as much as the USA. Would  love to spend Hallowe'en in New Orleans or somewhere fabulous like that, but it always fall when I am at work or just about to go back to work after October half term. This year October 31st is the Monday we go back to school :(

Anyway on to my card. I decided to make a side step card and added a few die cuts and realised that I was too low on Hallowe'en themed dies so went out and bought a load! I did buy lots of SVG files for my Silhouette machine last year, but I can't be bothered with the hassle of getting that flaming thing to work properly! LOL

Alicia Bel Stamps New Releases - Zombie with Pumpkin

Good Morning and welcome to my DT post for the new releases from Alicia Bel. Alicia has released some gorgeous Hallowe'en themed images this month and I chose to use the fabulous Bombie the Zombie. I do love my zombies, not that I would want to be one unless it was like Liv on izombie, who is, for the most part, still normal, other than her diet!

I used my Silhouette Portrait to cut out lots of zombie themed die cuts and I used some more of that fabulous Rare Oddities paper pad and my MDF shapes, which are slowly coming to an end LOL.

A Gal With Brains

I like to think I have some brains (I did pass my Master's Degree in Education in December last year, so I hope I have some!), but I'm not sure I fancy the brains this zombie girl has! I was very tempted to colour her up in the same colours as Liv Moor from IZombie, but unfortunately those colours of white skin and white hair don't match the Facebook challenge from Simply B Stamps, which was to use lavender, black and white.

Here's my card, which is more black than anything else, but I do like how it came out! I used the sketch from Aud Sentiments but it felt like something was missing, hence the raven sitting on the side!
