Chaos & Crocodiles: City In The Clouds
Described as a light blue linear holographic with faint silver shimmer

It has been a while since I wore a Chaos & Crocodiles-polish. Today I’m wearing a lovely light blue holographic that I bought in a blog sale recently.

The formula is really good and so is the coverage. I used two coats and the drying time was good.

I made two dots on each nail with dark blue and white.

Here’s the result in daylight, no sun.

I really wished for a bit of sun, but no luck today.

Here’s “City In The Clouds” alone; two coats and no topcoat.

Chaos and Crocodiles: Essence Of Nostalgia

Chaos and Crocodiles: Essence Of Nostalgia
Bright purple base with purple shimmer, red/green shifting iridescent glitter, holographic micro-glitter, and holographic pigment

Essence of Nostalgia is from the Winter 2016 Snowbound Collection. It's a really lovely purple with the sweetest red/green glitter and holo pigment.

The formula is really good and so easy to work with. It took two coats to achieve full opacity. The drying time was good.

I decided to apply a bit of green/purple glitter to the base of my nails. The glitter is CrowsToes' "Dragon in Drag".

Here's the final result including a layer of topcoat. The photo is taken in the sun.

And here's "Essence Of Nostalgia" on its own; this is two coats and no topcoat just yet.

Chaos & Crocodiles: Inspiration

Chaos & Crocodiles: Inspiration
Magenta strong linear holo

I bought "Inspiration" in a blog sale recently so I don't know how old this polish is. I can't seem to find any swatches of it online, which is seriously puzzling. I would really like to know which collection this polish is from, so if you happen to know it, please let me know in the comments section below.

The formula is really good and the polish applies easily. I used two coats for full opacity and the drying time was good.

I didn't want to overwhelm this beauty with nail art, so I just stamped a simple stripe of stars down each nail. The design is from the stamping plate "SA-18". I stamped with my favourite purple stamping polish - it's from El Corazón and is called "Restless Night".

Here's the final design including topcoat.
