Notes:
This was an excellent show and I think this recoridng captures the evening nicely. Relatively little crowd noise. This is the first recording I've ever released to the public, so hopefully you all enjoy it as much as I.

I did record video of the entire show, but it requires some editing before I feel comfortable releasing it, so keep an eye out and some day soon a DVD of this show will make the rounds. If anyone would like to take a shot at remastering or enhancing this audio recording, please feel free to do so and I'll use it as the audio track for the dvd.

Joe Walsh is a rock-n-roll legend and this show proves he's still got a lot of great music left in him. Please keep touring and making new music, Joe!

Comments:
Here is our capture of Joe Walsh from the "One Hellava Night" Tour with Bad Co., and an acoustic guitar-singer (Steve Rogers, without his band), both opening for Joe. We were in the 2nd row of sec. 236 (dead center to the stage). The sound mix was very good, the LA area crowd was pretty well behaved and the recording came out well. Joe appeared to enjoy himself this cool and breezy full-moon friday evening. Note, Ringo sat in on Drums for the first encore, RMW!

"The first and last shows are excellent sound and picture. The middle two, the sound quality is excellent. The picture quality isn't as good but it is still really good."

Notes
Don Kirshner's was not "performed" in Australia. Rather it was shown on TV there and is the source for most, if not all copies, of that video. It was aired on a show called Nightmoves, I believe.

YCAWASM - ie Kirshner's - was recorded around June/July '76 as Joe's "farewell" to his solo career. Felder plays throughout and the guitar interplay between Walsh and Felder is amazing. The whole band is on fire - Willie Weeks and Andy Newmark, for example, had played on a ton of stuff together and were really at the top of their game at this time.
