I've made this into a repeating pattern for fabric, it needs a little tweaking because it does not join up quite right.

More Sketchbook 47 pages [107-113]
The top part of the flower was cut on my Zing on paper I'd printed one of my designs on. The cut pattern was designed on my tablet.
The lower cut is very delicate and I've cut it twice and ripped it twice. I shall have to try it on card to see if stays together better.
All the circular type cuts were designed on my tablet.
I altered this doodle to make a repeating fabric.

More pages from Sketchbook 47
All the pages have something which has been cut on the Zing.
I cut the bottom right corner off the page and replaced it with a cutout which was a square folded over.
I developed the drawing above to make a repeating fabric, this is a swatch.

Zing Cut Out's
The orange flower is a cut out, I used my Zing for cutting. I used the flower as a stencil first so it was painted too.
A heart cut out I used as a stencil. The bird is stamped, a fun foam stamp also cut with the Zing.
These were also cut with my Zing, I created them on a tablet with the Corel App. I'm not sure what to call them - doyley, [or doily], mandala, lacy circles?
Both the hare and the lacy circle were cut with the Zing. I used the same design as the stamped hare from yesterday.

Sketchbook 47 [pages 69 -81]
I cut out fun foam on my Zing machine to make stamps, the birds are stamps as well as the hare and rabbit below. I've added additional details with a pen.

I love this rabbit, I copied it from a greetings card.
After doing the background I applied a thin card cut out - cut on my Zing

Parallel Pen Drawings
I've not used my parallel pens for sometime, the ink all gone so I gave them a good clean and put in new cartridges. Above is my first practise sheet after cleaning.
Parallel pens are made by Pilot, the nib is made up of two parallel plates between which the ink flows. Nibs of different sizes are available as well as coloured cartridges. They are used for calligraphy but as you can see I use them for drawing.
I coloured this rose in with watercolours.
I coloured this rose in with Letraset Aquamarkers.
