I hope you're all well on this not so lovely Monday Morning!

The card I have to share with you tday is my DT inspiration card for

the new challenge over Ooh La La Creations!

The theme for this fortnights challenge is 

Father's Day/Male

Here's my card!

I used a topper from the Boys To Men CD available in the 

Ooh La La Creations shop.

The image is gorgeous & looks like its painted on canvas.

The card base is 8"x8"

A little bit of matting & layering.

Some lace, gems & a sentiment banner from my stash

Make It Funny

Good morning all & happy "hump" day!

Halfway through the week & it's all downhill from here! Yay!

Todays project is my DT card for

Crafting For All Seasons 

where the theme for the new challenge is

Make It Funny!

I made a twisted easel card using the image 

Gus golf 

from our sponsor this time 

Bugaboo Stamps

I coloured Gus with a mix of flex & pro-markers, distressed the edges,

then did a bit of matting & layering. The papers are from Papermania.

I also added some glossy accents to the image.

I added the sentiment (which comes with the image) as the stop

for the easel section by mounting on foam pads.

I also added a sandpaper bunker which I hand cut and.

a couple of buttons threaded with twine

It's Sports Day!

Happy hump day all!

Don't you just love Wednesdays!

I love them for two reasons! One, it's half way through the week!

Two, it's time for a brand new challenge over at Dude Time Doodles!

This week, the theme is It's Sports Day

We want to see your Dude projects with a Sports Theme!

Here's my card

 I've used the Golfin' Greg Set to make an A5 landscape card!

The base card is Kraft as is the matting under the DP's!

He doesn't look too happy at all does he!

The Sentiment I've used is one of three included in the set!

I coloured Greg with Promarkers & as if he wasn't ditressed enough, 

I inked around the image & sentiment with Antique Linen  Distress Ink 

then cut around them both with some fancy edge scissors! 

I don't know when I last had those out! lol

Poor Greg! Just because it's your hobby doesn't mean 

you're good at it but you should at least enjoy it!! lol

The DP's I used are from an A4 Pad of male Craft Papers from

Southfield Stationers. 

The quality of these papers is second to none &

they are great value for money! 

The golf bag image was cut from one of the sheets of paper 

as was the golf ball below! 

I think the colours I've used & these images give my card a vintage feel.

I also punched some leaves from the plaid pattern paper with a Woodware punch,

this gives a little added texture to the card!

I decided to keep my card as flat as possible!
Postage rates here in the UK are set to rise quite considerably & cost
will have to be considered when sending off greetings cards in future!
