Senior Cyclist

Good morning Lovely blog peeps!
It's Saturday! Yay! I've been flat out busy these past few days!
Why does everything always happen at once???
Anyhoo! On to my card!

Today's creations was made using Senior Cyclist from The Wrinklies CD Rom,
He is also available as Die Cut Decoupage or Decoupage Plus.
Either way, he's a great image for a cyclist or any man of a certain age!

The Design Papers, sentimet & image are all on the CD rom.
I simply printed on to Print Perfect, cut out & stuck together.
The card base is a 6"x6" square the cardstock was from Lidl
& the plain papers are from Southfield Stationers.
I used pinflair glue to layer up the image & foam tape to add the sentiment.

There you have it, a quick & simple creation.
I'd like to enter this little card in the following challenges:

Scottish Thistle

Good morning to you all!
Todays little card is made using a Just Inklined image.

Sympathy cards are never easy to do but when I thought about it,
this was the perfect image for my card.

Scottish Thistle, coloured lightly with flexmarkers to give
a wash effect & teamed with Tartan Design Paper
I cut the image out with a round nestie & inked the edges with a
liquid chalk inkpad then matted onto a piece of cardstock
the same colour as the base card.
I added a little tartan bow & a computer generated sentiment.
The font I used was Papyrus you can get it here for free

There you have it, a quick & simple sympathy card.
Due to the nature of this card, I have decided not to enter it in any challenges!

Whoopsi Daisy Little Lamb

Hi di hi,
Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there & to all
the people who deserve that honorary title!
Here's a little card I have to share with you, no it's not a Fathers Day card,
just a little something I made up using some left over bits & pieces!

The base card is Kraft, from Southfield Stationers
The image is from Whoopsi Daisy

I've used some scraps of DP from my stash, they are from Craftwork Cards
as is the Card Candi. The sentiment is leftover from a La Pashe project

The gauze is from the first aid box it started life as part of a dressing.
Isn't it great what you can do with leftovers!
Thanks for popping in!
