Labor Day

Happy Labor Day! We played tennis, bought donuts, ran/walked, got movie theater popcorn and watched The Rise of Gru on our TV, Ross had a ministering appointment and Allen had a job interview, Jill went to soccer practice, we went to go see Paul and Marie's new place, we picked up Jill from soccer, Allen went to Institute, we had pizza leftovers, we went in the hot tub and had ice cream desserts. It was the best day! 

Face It

 June 27... went to the doctor (rosacea) and picked girls up from their last day of tennis camp. We went to Chick-Fil-A for lunch, using gift cards to pay half of the bill. In the evening the girls wanted a shake close to 11pm. :(

Happy Labor Day!

 Early morning tennis, donuts, dropped Allen to work, Abby at the mall, mini golf, go-karts, visited Allen at work, swimming in the cool pool, dinner at Red Robin as a family to celebrate finishing the Book of Mormon 2 weeks ago.

Last day of work

We made him smile when we saw us. He said he was checking bags for only 10 minutes. We ended up being there at the perfect time to see him!

We did it! We finished reading The Book of Mormon again as a family! Tonight we're enjoying dinner out to celebrate accomplishing our goal. I know The Book of Mormon is true. It testifies of Jesus Christ. Reading it daily blesses our family 🥰

Tennis & Cracker Barrel

Morning! We were out on a walk/run...

Then when we got home we took everyone to the court for a little tennis.

Hi horses. Ready for some Heartland? We watched some in the afternoon. 

After tennis we got donuts, then Allen-Abby-Ross had work to do, we went to dinner (thanks to a bonus gift card credit) at Cracker Barrel. I had the grandma's sampler (breakfast) this time. I had the cracker barrel sampler last time and didn't care for it. Jane wanted this oreo worm dessert and wanted me to take a photo so I could replicate it at home later.

When we got home we watched the end of the Back to the Future triology. 

We had a nice Labor Day!

Tuesday Tennis with Two

This cute guy invited me to play tennis with him this morning.

Took Jill to soccer camp, went home to take Allen to youth activity 🙁, picked up Jill and now watching pir and downloading podcasts on my phone.

More filing cabinet work to do today. Yesterday Abby helped me and I created a new for box with FHE folders. I completed my My 150 challenge

...and we took kids new school clothes shopping. School starts Aug 10th and 12th and seminary starts the 11th. All distance leaving at home. Not by choice--the governor closed our schools.

Emma finished One and Only Ivan on Wednesday and Holes on Thursday. Today she started the sequel. Jill and I started boxcar children campout mystery. All this reading time is awesome!!

Still working on crochet project during pir.

Ross and I are so exhausted as I type this before bed.

 👩‍❤️‍👨 Tonight's date night was transportation themed. 😁 We picked up some Subway sandwiches and played a round of Ticket to Ride Europe, which includes ferries, tunnels and train stations. 🚢🚇🚂 Love spending time with my guy! 🥰

 The twins teacher got her teacher appreciation gift on the mail and posted it on IG. 😍
